I have been to a couple other locations in Toronto, Atlanta, and I think Charlotte. First thing about me is that I am super competitive but in a fun way and not in an annoying way. Our group was a small but manageable total of six people. We started out on the first race track then had some libations before going on the second track. Both tracks were quick, but the second track seemed to be a little bit faster plus it did allow you to be able to slide less in the corners, but the track was quite curvy so you definitely needed to know how to drive. In between sessions we went back and have more drinks before finishing up two more runs on the track. Everybody had a great time and we really enjoyed it. One of the guys in our group even had the top 15th time in the country for that day. We realized pretty quickly that if you were in the first car or the last car then your times would be a lot better than anyone else's because you did not have to hit the brace as much and you could have a better time. The food was good and we got served very quickly. We placed food orders as we proceeded to do ax throwing. The one thing I did really like about the ax throwing was the fact that they were projected games onto the board so it wasn't just target practice. The games varied from connect for to tic-tac-toe to skills targeting. It was quite nice! I will definitely get some people together to go back with and have fun because I really need to get in that top 15 ranking!! Lol we did not play any other games while we were there. The bathrooms were immaculate. They had soap to be able to wash your hands, and there were plenty of paper towels as well. The business also make sure they had someone to be able to answer questions and act as a representative to make sure things go smoothly. All I can say is that they are top-notch.

They don't inform you beforehand, but you're really only given around five minutes, including intermission, to prepare and recover. It's hard to fathom; the whole place seems to be managed by teenagers who lack any real understanding of safety protocols. It's likely they haven't even glanced at the handbook. I entered the arena with a grin, but I left feeling dejected and in pain, my back possibly fractured from the experience. In conclusion, respectfully fuck you Supercharged. -14-year-old btw

We decided to go have a fun night while visiting from FL. We researched the website and learned…read moreit's best to book for large groups. We emailed and called a few times with no response over a couple days. So we decided to show up! There was a group of 11. It took forever to pay. The deal we wanted wasn't available because the kitchen was CLOSED!!! Are you kidding me. We were told it was closed because of a staff shortage. But they WERE making food for other people. When I asked they said it's because it was for a group reservation. (I'm not a rude customer) so I accepted and walked away. We waited 2 hours before we were able to race. And 20-30 min between our 3 races. We were there from 6-10pm They allowed us to get the $70 deal and added more gaming points to cards to cover the food. (I thought was pretty fair in the moment) after playing the games. Which by the way does not have a pool table as stated online, we went to the counter to get prizes. Well that didn't work out well either as the cards did not count the points earned!!! The man behind the counter was pretty fair and nice to the littles with points. ALOT of the games were also out of order. The racing was fun and fair. That part was good! The bathroom was clean too. Overall it didn't seem to be the employees fault but the management and reservation system that made our visit a little uneasy. Would we return during our next visit,? no. We'd try out F1 instead.

I strongly do not recommend this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle that had severe issues immediately, making it undriveable the day I got it home. On top of that, I was promised the car had an automatic starter would be activated through the app once I bought the car -- that turned out to be completely false. The day after I purchased the vehicle, my salesman stopped responding to texts, calls, and emails (still nothing, after months of trying). I received zero communication. I had to physically go back to the dealership just to get anyone to acknowledge the situation. When the car finally went to their mechanic, the experience got worse. The mechanic was at least responsive, but complained about how expensive the repairs were and talked about trying a series of cheap, temporary fixes just to send me home -- even admitting they didn't think those fixes would work. I had the car in and out of the shop for the same problem at least 5 times without a fix. One time when I went in, I found my salesperson and asked why he hadn't responded for months. He said he was busy out having fun and partying because he doesn't have kids and has freedom, so he didn't get to return my call. He told me he would escalate to the owner... this happened twice and I continued to get no response and nothing from the owner For the first six months of ownership, my car was in the shop about half the time. I finally got in touch with the owner on my own and brought up the false promises about features. He just said everything was my fault and I should have known. He eventually offered to add the automatic starter, only if I paid half. Then instead of doing that, he completely stopped responding to my emails, texts, and calls, just like everyone else there Now I'm left with a car that I was unable to drive for months, that I've had to pour more money into after purchase, and had to pay for uber rides back and forth to their shop to get my car for repairs that didn't work. Avoid this dealership at all costs. You're honestly better off buying from Facebook Marketplace than dealing with this level of service.
