In fact, he made TWO trips out for one job - the first to remove the old lighting (and replace it with a temporary bulb) so that the painters could paint freely on the ceilings and walls, and then second to install the new lighting. When I had questions about what the proper height would be to hang a chandelier, they gave me their expert advice on height and then patiently held the light while we tested out a couple different options to see what looked best. They spent the rest of the time trying to sell me a replacement electric panel for $10,000. The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor! P.S. I asked for an invoice and they refused to provide one.
