First ceiling fan installed thing wobbles at speed 2 out of 6. Spent 3 hours messing with it and zero improvement. All you get from these guys is "call the MFG". Well I did and the MFG said to exchange it. These guys then say "do you have the original box?". No I don't. I have no box and apparently a junk ceiling fan for $600. Then I goto install the 4 post lights. Well the post lights come with wood screws. I go back to them and say I need a post pier that can mount to granite posts. They provide me with a Hinkely pier mount but was $89 cause it comes with adhesive... wrong. I bought the same pier mount from the MFG for $29 and went to Home Depot for adhesive for $10. Installed the piers and the lights can't be mounted to the pier they recommend... I go to the store to get a refund. I now have 11 lights mounted to my house that match the posts that I can't install. Andy who's a sales representative but also the secret back end face of light n leisure processes the refund. Slides the paper in front of me and asks me to sign it. I did and left. My wife stayed in the store looking at other lights an. Alls me and says "that was a store credit". I went back to the store and she was correct. They "submitted for a refund" to the customer concerns department. Well I said that's BS cause you refunded me before on my card. I said I'm not leaving till I have a refund. I want the customer service number. Andy gives me the customer service number and I call it right in the store on speaker phone. The number goes straight to VM. It's Andy's voice on the voice mail saying "hi this is Corky, you've reached the customer care department" I looked at Andy and said is this real life? You gave me your cell phone that goes straight to voicemail and your claiming your name is corky? Come to find out their is no managers. The owner is William Greenberg. More than likely it's Andy but he's faking like he's an employee and multiple employees at that. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Goto a real electrical whole sale store like Ferguson

That is not stepping up. A simple exchange for the gray color would have been the right thing to do. Reader, please take note of the many other bad reviews for this business. We had also contacted customer service about the issue, as mentioned in other bad reviews, customer service NEVER returned our call. Take my advice and the advice of other unhappy customers ... I have a beloved olde family heirloom lamp (the kind that your relatives try to weasel out of you…read morebefore you're mature enough to realize how lovely it is). Two weeks ago, to my utter despair, the little bugger shocked me; intervention was required. Enter Appleton Antique Lighting. It's a bit small, and Route 9 is a bit crazy, so keep your eyes peeled. The gent going through bills off to the side was a bit brusque, but the lady at the register was very sweet. They quoted an *extremely* reasonable price for the fix. They said it might take two weeks, but they got it done in one. And my lamp is back to its healthy, non-shocking ways. Go there. And bring your poor, your tired, your huddled lamps, yearning to be fixed.

I can't say that I know a whole lot about lamps. My bedside lamp had been bugging me for the last…read moreten years or so - I kept having to wiggle the switch to get it to work, and sometimes the light would go out while I was reading, it would go out and I'd have to get up and wiggle the switch again - one of those really annoying little things. Finally it dawned on me that there's people out there who fix these things - I took it to Appleton, and the rest is history. They are incredibly nice there, and while they said it would take a few days to fix, it turned out they were able to sneak it in between larger projects and the lamp got repaired by the next day. Not bad! Basically, I would say that they were very knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and affable people with excellent customer service, and as far as I can tell, they charged a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again as they certainly have earned a repeat customer (just hoping that I won't have any more broken lamps, haha).

Both were friendly, polite, and helpful. Brett answered my many questions. He also informed me that Tingley has several new memberships for which I can sign up: home refreshers, relabel my electrical panel, clean my dryer duct. I'm very interested! Tingley is the best. All electricians are smart, friendly, willing to answer my many questions. TJ surprised me when he went right over to my ductless mini-slit, checked the filter strips, and took the large filter out to the truck to clean it with a special cleaner(?) to get it really clean for me. They did a lot more than I expected for a"free tune-up and inspect"
