I never made it in for an appointment, dealing with them over the phone was bad enough. I was on the phone for less than 5 minutes with these people. The receptionist has a massive attitude problem, she interrupted me while I was trying to ask a question regarding insurance and flatly told me she'd have to get the doctor to talk to me. He had just gotten up to the front desk so she put the phone down (didn't even place me on hold so I could hear their whole conversation) and proceeded to bad mouth me to the doctor before coming back on the phone to answer my questions. At this point I was more than a little peeved with how I'd been treated so I asked to speak with the doctor directly. He picked up the phone said, "Goodbye" and hung up on me. I will never consider using this office for any reason nor will I ever recommend anyone go here. Its a real shame that anyone could be treated so poorly for simply trying to get clarification on what their insurance is going to cover at your office for an appointment. read more
