I had countless compliments from just about everybody on the cruises each time I wore it. I called Elaine and she offered to shampoo and style to revive it. She shampooed it but it was just kaput, once in a while, a lemon could happen, I recently bought a 4K TV and had to return it for a replacement, it did not last 3 weeks. Every business in SoCal is very competitive and what separates one from another is the customer service, Wigs by Elaine is one such place, Elaine and Tammy are the nicest ladies, in fact they practice what a famous department store here does which is that the customer is never wrong. It was entirely possible also that I did something wrong to ruin the wig but it did not matter, Elaine offered me a brand new wig and wow, this baby is really fluffy! I felt like a million dollars!!!
