I asked for a natural makeup look and either a low bun or half-up/half-down hairstyle. I also mentioned that I have seborrheic dermatitis in my T-zone, and she went above and beyond -- researching beforehand and using products that worked beautifully with my skin. Vantha was flexible with scheduling and made the whole process stress-free. During the trial, I showed her my inspiration photos and she walked me through different options for lashes, lip color, and other details, which really helped since I don't normally wear makeup. Once I showed her my dress, she suggested that a half-up/half-down style would suit me best, but still let me see hairstyles before deciding. I ended up going with the half-up/half-down, and I'm so glad I did! On my wedding day, Vantha worked her magic - my hair and makeup looked amazing, and you couldn't even tell I have sensitive skin. She even made me feel at home by letting me relax on her couch, grab a bite to eat, and change before heading to the courthouse. My family and friends couldn't stop complimenting my look. Fatima was fabulous, non judgemental, and very kind. She was able to somehow give me a brand new color that conquered the layers of cheap dye that was already on my hair, completely covering my grays and giving me a fresh look that was flattering on me. She also cut off all of my dead ends, cut my bangs to frame my face, and did my makeup as well. I had long forgotten what it felt like to feel pretty, but she made it happen. My kids didn't even recognize me when they saw me. They have never seen get my hair done and have a full face of makeup professionally done before now.
