If they were unavailable or simply not interested in providing the service, I would have completely understood. Instead, this has been dragged out for almost six weeks with long gaps in communication and no clear answer, leaving me unable to confidently move forward despite being "the best in the industry". I suppose for normal day to day appointments it's okay to come here but if you have anything important - go somewhere else

My appointment was canceled the day of, yet I received no text, email, or notification informing me. In fact, at 7:52 a.m. the morning of my appointment (scheduled for 11:15 a.m.), her team texted me confirming details and letting me know what to expect during the service. So, when I arrived and was told my appointment had been canceled due to "miscommunication," I was very confused. What made this even more frustrating was that nowhere on the booking site or Instagram page does it clearly state that new clients are required to complete an email consultation prior to their appointment. After explaining the cancellation, Stephanie quickly asked me to put my hair down so she could assess it and ultimately said she could still fit me in for the service I booked but that I would have to wait because she was busy. During the time slot I had originally booked, she was servicing another client. The most disappointing part of the experience was how cold and unwelcoming the interaction felt. My hair wash was extremely rough, rough enough that the shampoo bottle was even dropped during the service and the entire appointment felt rushed. There was no effort made to make me feel valued as a client. As someone who also works in the beauty industry, I truly believe client experience and genuinely making an effort to talk to your client is important and part of the job. At one point, while going back and forth between me and the other client, she told the other client, "10 more minutes and I'll be all yours," which only reinforced how much of an inconvenience I felt like during my appointment. To be clear, this review is solely based on the customer service experience, not the quality of her work. I'm not seeking a refund. I'm only sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision and in hopes that this feedback is taken seriously by the salon as it seems I'm not the only one with this experience.

I also mentioned that I have seborrheic dermatitis in my T-zone, and she went above and beyond -- researching beforehand and using products that worked beautifully with my skin. Vantha was flexible with scheduling and made the whole process stress-free. During the trial, I showed her my inspiration photos and she walked me through different options for lashes, lip color, and other details, which really helped since I don't normally wear makeup. Once I showed her my dress, she suggested that a half-up/half-down style would suit me best, but still let me see hairstyles before deciding. I ended up going with the half-up/half-down, and I'm so glad I did! On my wedding day, Vantha worked her magic - my hair and makeup looked amazing, and you couldn't even tell I have sensitive skin. She even made me feel at home by letting me relax on her couch, grab a bite to eat, and change before heading to the courthouse. My family and friends couldn't stop complimenting my look.
