Went there for a tailgate before a lacrosse game. Party of 16 total over a two hour period. Please was moderately busy. Our waitress Tammy was amazing and on the ball! Food was super tasty and the drinks did not disappoint! What a great clean place. The chandeliers are beautiful. Highly recommend! None of us had been there before and we all want to come back! Keep up the great work!

Found ourselves in Chardon and wanted dinner. Saw the positive reviews and decided to try Joey's. Not disappointed. On a Tuesday night they had a fair number of people eating. Families and couples. Nice looking place. Good size and nicely decorated. Lots of parking in the plaza. We sat and ordered some drinks and dinner. The server brought us 4 garlic knots right out of the oven. My partner had the appetizer meatballs and a side of fries. The meatballs were kinda small. I thought they'd be larger. You get 3 to an order. It's a good thing she got a side. They were a little cold she said. She likes her food piping hot. These were not that hot. But she said they tasted ok. I got the 6 hand breaded chicken tenders with fries and slaw. The chicken tenders were a decent size. Fries were seasoned, and the slaw tasted homemade. They were good. BBQ sauce tasted like bottled nothing special. Good portion. Definitely worth it. Server was good and fairly attentive. Dinner cost us about $30. Seems kinda high for nothing to drink except soda. But that's our world now. Higher prices all around. I'd go back and try something else. Pizza looked good.

Came up for a family reunion and stopped in with my dad, uncle and cousin for some dinner the night before. I've been waiting tables/bartending for 11 years, and I can honestly say I had the best experience as a customer I've had yet. HUGE shoutout to Mackenzie (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for the superior service. I had fun holding up Danny Devito for you!! The food was excellent, huge portions, especially the fried pickles and endless garlic knots. I had the Big Italian calzone (the one with the pepperoncinis). Could not recommend Joey's any higher. Well done, and thank you for the laughs Mackenzie!!

Their mashed potatoes were delicious as well and I am wishing we had brought some back with us!!!!! My husband got their wagyu steak, I got their Dawson burger, my friend got their strip steak and our other friend got their pork belly sandwich entree. The bathrooms were clean which as you all know if you read my reviews is a huge deal for me. The best part and I was surprised by this, their outdoor seating area did not smell like we were sitting on or anywhere near a farm. I have no idea how they masked the scent of being on a farm. It was overall a great experience!!!

It's country trendy style with it's farm to table is awesome. The farm is right outside and I would say, the cows are very cool and my fav. The strip steak was quite tasty but not as melt in your mouth as I was expecting. It's not as good as Kobe beer for those meat lovers out there. Fries and beans were very good! The s'mores dessert was ok and the cocktails we tried were just ok too. The old fashion was well made and worth $8 bucks. Each item was per cost. This steak on sale was $75.00 if it would have cost more I would have felt ripped off. The Chili I got to go tasted fine but from the pic that is NOT $22 worth of Chili. I was very disappointed in the quantity they gave me to go. Parking was easy, the outdoor seating is quaint and it's easy to find. It's quiet and spacious inside and the staff is welcoming.

The LONG version: Lets preface: I make the same order every first Tuesday of the month for the BOGO pizza deal. It is a simple order. Large Deluxe, add Jalap, Banana pep on the pie and anchovies on the side. BOTH PIZZAS THE SAME EXCEPT WHITE SAUCE ON ONE, RED ON THE OTHER. I have been making this order for over a year and in the last 12 deliveries, 7 have been correct. When I call them to make sure I ordered correctly, they say 'you did, our mistake' and send me another pie, HORRIBLY BURNT, even when I say 'there's no rush, take your time with other customers' - so is it an F-U to me or just worse care taken with an already order gone wrong? I mean, I get it if they hate me for having a specific order and expect it to be correct, double down on the mistake! Maybe I will stop ordering from them. That's fine., my money works elsewhere but I do believe in second chances... So after a month or two hiatus, I decided to give it a go, it was the day before my birthday, after all.... I make the call, we start the order - new voice on the phone, things seem promising, however that falls apart quite quickly as once I am done saying the first pizza order, "Hello, I'd like your Tuesday BOGO deal, the one for the large pizzas. *pause for acknowledgement* Okay, could I have a large Deluxe Pizza, please add jalap, banana pep on the pie and add anchovies on the side' *pause for acknowledgement* - replies with "So, an extra large cheese pizza with.. whatchusay? pep...?" and were off to the races! Understanding I can speak fast or maybe the person on the phone is new or their is new equipment or ANYTHING, I politely apologies if I spoke too quickly and started again. After we seem to finally understand the first pizza, I say 'the second one is EXACTLY THE SAME, just with white sauce. So one white, one red sauce, please.' The clerk says 'alright, should have it out to you in about 45min'. I say 'great, can we please review the order, the last few times I've made this same monthly order, it has not been correct.' We go through and I ask again, one red and one white? check. Good. I ask for a total and am told "$41 something" and ask 'why? has something changed? usually the price is around $31' and was told to hold for a sec.... about 2min goes by and I patiently wait, then am told, $29 and change.' GREAT. I then say 'please make sure the driver has change for a $50. I am paying with a $50 and usually tip a few singles. Time goes by and there's a knock at the door - I don't hold any real stopwatch for deliveries cause it gets here when it gets here - as long as it is hot and edible then there's no problem - unless the driver doesn't have enough change. As the driver hands me the first pie, I take a look and it is gorgeous - I'm amazed. Probably the best pizza I've seen from the shop - EVER. I can see the red sauce and I set it down, taking the second one and giving my 50. As I say I'd like $17 back, he goes 'how about 16, that's all I got' - well I really don't have a choice, cause he started walking away quickly anyways like he was a kid getting away with his first low bar con. So he's already backing down the drive as I check the second pizza and much to my dismay and unsurprise, it too, is red. SO - Do I call up and complain again? Why? So I can get another burnt pizza replacement? Eff no! I go to the internet and write out my angst like any red blooded American. I might not be able to get those knuckle heads to get an order right, but I can sure as hell tell the internet how they're a bunch of knuckle heads. I'm going back to buying frozen cheese pizzas and adding my own toppings or making my own from scratch. Sure I might have a lack of energy and a taste for pizza in the future, but before I pick up the phone, I'll just be sure that I'm okay with a heaping pile of annoyance that comes free with the order. Besides, that driver owes me a buck.
