This addresses the problem most restaurants have in oversized servings. I find nothing enticing about a plate overflowing with more food than any normal person can eat. The half serving addresses this problem nicely. I started with bruschetta that was simple, flavorful and sized perfectly. I followed that with a half order of Boar Bolognese. It was nicely done. Veal, boar, beef and pork in a nicely seasoned sauce served over properly cooked pasta. My 3 dinner partners were all quite satisfied with their meals as well.
