I just ordered on 5/1/2024 from Chardon Ohio branch. Pizza sauce could be more flavorfull, not much spice was present. The garlic /Parmesan boneless wings was lacking in garlic flavor and parmesan flavor was also tasteless. Cleats in Chardon is the way to go . Very disappointed in my meal . Food was served on time and hot , service was friendly and courteous. This will be my last order of wings for sure and pizza only in a pinch. read more

Ordered a supreme pizza thin crust. Manager indicated that they were out of onions and peppers. He reduced the price. Can u imagine a pizza place not having basic ingredients. Store nearby has plenty on shelves. Pizza was worse than any of the box pizzas we've ever tried. I would stay away and go down the road. read more

Been here many times and it is what you'd expect for a Pizza Hut. I always get our order to pickup at the drive-thru window. Our food is always ready when they say it will be and the order has always been correct. No problems and we'll keep going there when we get the urge for pizza or wings, but nothing extra. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a credit for two pizzas which were made incorrectly on out last order. Pull up to the window to get our order. New GM who "claimed to be the owner" would not honor the credit. Said that it was over 90 days ago so he didnt have to. Extremely frustrating and then on top of that he was extremely rude and condescending. So, then after I pay I'm so angry I change my mind and want to get my money back and he says "read the fine print on the back of your receipt, no refunds". What a dick. I told him I would never come back and he could care less. Total asshole, I hope his franchise goes out of business. Should never talk to customers that way. read more

I ordered a pizza from here online for delivery and it was the most disrespectful pizza I received in my life. I ordered half cheese and half pepperoni and the cheese was stuck on top of the cardboard box the cheese wasn't even really on the pizza. When I called the store they had me on hold for a long time even when I called them with my other phone I was still put on hold. Overall the worst experience ever I had to drive up to the store and bring them the pizza because they wouldn't answer the phone. read more

I was very let down when we visited this Pizza Hut yesterday. I took the kids, it had been years since we'd been there. First off, the salad bar was not fresh. All of the lettuce and vegetables in the salad bar were old and browning. Our waitress never came to check on us once without us getting up to search for her....we were the only patrons in the dining room. Our pizza had no sauce on it (we didn't ask for modified sauce), as someone who doesn't like tons of sauce - it was even gross for me. All in all it was a waste of money and I'm sorry we went. I would like to rate the food but these fart cocktails don't deliver to hospitals. As someone that doesn't know this area how great would it be to have someone bring food to the hospital when under emens pressure of a loved one going through a hard time. I'm sure these ass wagons will try to say that the hospital won't let delivery people in and let's stop the nonsense there. The nurses encouraged us to order from somewhere that delivers because the kitchen was closed. Pizza hut should be ashamed of themselves, and if they had a bad experience before why let that ruin people who may need them at some point. This is my favorite Pizza place! We love to dine in because the service is always so good! Every waitress is sooo good with my toddler. And the pizza is better than any other pizza around! My all time favorite!!!! read more

The Chardon Pizza Hut does a great job overall. The drivers are very personable and their speed is incredible. Whether you like the food or not is up to you, but they send it pretty clean and consistent, and the one time it was wrong, they made it wrong. read more

Called ahead on the local phone number for dine-in. Phone must have rung 8-10 before someone answered. When we arrived, our order was not ready. Based on an apparent shortage in staffing, we were suspicious that our order was never processed (believe that our call really ended up going to a national call center, as the order taker spoke with a Hispanic dialect and we observed no females during our visit.) Nonetheless they "located it" and our order came out in about 15 minutes. The dining area appeared clean, however a table near us was never cleared during our stay (again, under-staffing?). The light fixture over our table was bothersome, as its positioned height allowed glaring light to emit into our eyes. As for the food, we were very satisfied for the value and the quality of pizza that we were served. We would have rated our experience higher had the restaurant had been operating with more staff and the ambiance better. read more

I ordered a pizza while at a friends house on the internet. Somehow the driver "couldn't find the house" they canceled my order and never brought me a pizza. When I called the person who answered was a total dick and really unprofessional. He acted like it was my fault that his driver was too stupid to find a clearly marked house on a main road.
