There's something really nostalgic and comforting about this place. I'm always impressed when a "quick stop" actually stays quick, but still delivers quality and flavor that feels authentic. The minute I walked in, it reminded me of the old Maxwell Street polish spots from back in the day here in Chicago -- that same classic neighborhood energy, the smell of the grill, the no-nonsense good food, and that feeling that you're getting a true Chicago experience. The difference is this place has a brighter, cleaner, more updated atmosphere while still keeping that old-school soul alive. That balance is hard to pull off, but they do it well. And today being Mother's Day made it even better. They gave my mother a free hot dog to go, which honestly was such a thoughtful gesture. Little things like that matter and show appreciation for customers and families coming in to celebrate together. Great food, fast service, friendly people, and a touch of classic Chicago nostalgia. Joeys is a very solid fast food restaurant w/ great prices, a large + clean location, with tons of parking. The menu is your standard Chicago menu - everything from hot dogs/burgers/gyros, etc. I opted for a double cheeseburger, one chicken sandwich and a small fry - all for 18$. That is an incredible price these days! The double cheeseburger hit the spot, with a nice sesame bun, two patties that had grill marks, and nice fresh toppings on the bottom bun. This is not the biggest double cheeseburger I'll ever have but for 6$, you can't complain! The staff was very friendly, food arrived timely and for any night owls at there - they are open pretty late(I believe 2am on the weekends). Excited to come back and try more of the menu! read more

The meatball sub tasted like the sauce was scorched and that same flavor was in the mozzarella stick sauce. The Italian beef was a bit rubbery. Overall not great. Hot dogs were good. The gyros was okay. The burgers were good as well. Fix that sauce though. Scorched sauce really tastes bad and ruins the flavor of the food. read more

Joey's in Burbank was packed when I walked in, but honestly, that just made it feel more alive. I'd been hearing about their food for a while, so it was finally my turn to see what the hype was about. I ordered the double cheeseburger, and from my seat I could smell it hitting the grill, that smoky, charred aroma that instantly makes you hungrier. The wait was short, maybe five minutes tops. They called my number, I grabbed my bag, opened the wrapper, and wow... first bite and I was hooked. This is exactly what a burger should taste like. Juicy, flavorful, and that perfect char on the outside that just screams "grilled fresh". From first bite to last, I was into it. I enjoyed every single bite. It's the kind of burger that makes you forget about everything else until it's gone. I'm 100% coming back, and next time I might even get two. read more

I stopped by to pick up an order i placed for my son. I ordered on line. The food was ready when I arrived. The staff was pleasant and greeted me upon entering the establishment. The place was vibrant and clean. There appeared to be plenty of staff to fill the orders quickly. I didn't get anything for myself but my som seemed to enjoy it. read more

I finally had an opportunity to check out the brand new Joey's in Burbank. This place exceeded my expectations maybe because it was brand new but the area of Burbank has been on a downfall in this area. The food here was very good and very well priced. Plenty of people are here too! I'm surprised for a brand new building that they didn't put in a Drive-Thru but no worries. Restrooms were fairly clean. Plenty of dining tables ; it looks like they are in the process of bringing in gambling machines too since there's a large open space. Plenty of parking, food here was worth the price though there is a bit of a wait. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit. read more

This our 3rd visit to Burbank, IL. First 2 times the food very good and with generous potions. Today, 4/19 around 4pm, we picked up our order, got home and we were wow'ed how the portions shrunk. The Italian beef was so light in weight i thought I picked up my wife's half sandwich. She tends to cut hers in half, eat one half now and the other half is wrapped up, for later. the bun looks like it was cut from a longer loaf. did they run out of buns and ran to the local grocery store for long breads to cut? the cheese fries and chili cheese fries were very light on the fries. 4 bites and my beef was gone. :/ now i am nervous about ordering a 4th time. read more

Cute dining space, although it's small it doesn't feel overcrowded. It has designated slot machine area. Classic and iconic Chicago-style menu with lots of food options and great combo deals. Order at the register and pick up order by number. Plenty of parking in the back. read more

This is a very clean restaurant. They have a lot of parking, and many food options to choose from. I was pleasantly suprised with my chicken fingers and they were just as tasty even as leftovers for the next day. Service here is excellent. The staff makes sure to give you enough condiments for your meal. Rush hour can be kind of crowded, but definitely check this place out if you are looking for something different. read more

I would like to start off by saying their food is impeccable.. The pizza had incredible taste along with their chicken tenders, they provided a great texture. Joey's provided a selection of sauces that complemented their food. Definitely cant go wrong with their barbecue and ranch dressing.. especially their cheese fries which compliments everything else so great together. They have only been open about 2 months and when I ordered I verified that the hot dogs came with fries. The yeast unfortunately man said you have to order them separately. I looked up at the menu that said they come with fries and showed him. He said he didn't know that! Food was good though I didn't care for the chili on the chili dogs. I will be going back for the hot dogs though! read more
