Beware!!!! I have a commercial blower that had stopped…read moreworking while I was using it. I took it to Tc Power Equipment Repair, they fixed it, called me that is was ready. I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. I called them up and they said bring it back I did, and the same story, come get, I started up and it ran a few minutes and died... I called occasionally checking on and they would say, mind you I have already paid over $250.00 +. They would say two weeks, or nope I haven't had time to get to it and any other excuse as to why they weren't working on it. You know, "I'm waiting for parts to come in"...... fast forward two months later..... I get a call, "come get your blower" I asked is it working? I get a reply back, "nope just come get it"! Now they have cut the air filter off of it and I'm out $250.00+ there's no air filter cover on it and it's still not working and they have my money..... Huh, what the heck??? I'm out $250.+ and won't have a working blower.... Ha ha ha They want a good review from me.... I would give them a minus five stars!!!! Good luck folks!! I took in my auger in November got quoted $150 to get it fixed when I went to pick it up I was charged $200 which was fine But they had broken the gas tank on the auger here we are almost in April and I still have not received my auger back they called me up and told me it was fixed and they wanted to charge me over another hundred dollars. I don't know how business is done where you're from but I know when I take in my equipment to be fixed I expect to pick it up fixed, not broken. This is a honest review. I hope that they don't take advantage of anybody else. I still have not received my auger they called me up told me to come pick it up. I explained the situation and was denied my auger. As the third owner of the trailer, there were issues that cropped up. Eric and his staff developed solutions and fixes that made the R-Pod like brand new. We just had him and his assistant looked at the water heater and one of the USB ports. The water heater did not need a new anode (after 3 years of use); and the USB port had a loose wiring. He could have replaced and charged us for a new anode and the USB port but didn't. Honest and creative when solving manufacturer defects. Eric's work is outstanding.
