Much thanks to Greg and Crazy Greg at TC Power Equipment Repair. My 2007 CanAm ATV is running the…read morebest it ever has! It starts fast, runs strong, and idles and shifts smoothly. Greg picked up and delivered, and they provided expert repair. It is very reassuring to know that there is finally a professional repair shop in the area to take care of all my service needs.

I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. I called them up and they said bring it back I did, and the same story, come get, I started up and it ran a few minutes and died... I called occasionally checking on and they would say, mind you I have already paid over $250.00 +. They would say two weeks, or nope I haven't had time to get to it and any other excuse as to why they weren't working on it. You know, "I'm waiting for parts to come in"...... fast forward two months later..... I get a call, "come get your blower" I asked is it working? I get a reply back, "nope just come get it"! Now they have cut the air filter off of it and I'm out $250.00+ there's no air filter cover on it and it's still not working and they have my money..... Huh, what the heck??? I'm out $250.+ and won't have a working blower.... Ha ha ha They want a good review from me.... I would give them a minus five stars!!!! Good luck folks!! You know, I'm sure they do crappy work because of the Covid!!!!

On the Go Repairs - Lawn Mower Repair

    On the Go Repairs

I needed a mobile lawn mower repair mechanic, so I called On the Go. Toni was very nice and helpful…read moreand she was quick to refer me to a mechanic that could come to my home. Mobile repairs are a niche market and it was awesome that the mechanic was able to come to my home. Jeremiah fixed my machine and now it works. There were however a few issues with this contracted mechanic: 1) He scheduled a time to come to my home to fix the machine (Saturday morning) but when the parts didn't show up he didn't inform me that he wasn't coming until 10 min into his scheduled appt time. I understand that you can't control USPS, but if parts haven't arrived, as a courtesy, let customers know BEFORE you are scheduled to be there. 2) When it came time to pay the bill, that is when the real problems started. It took Jeremiah from JPS, 45 mins to fix the machine yet he charged me for 1.5 hours. I erroneously paid him not realizing the actual time spent. Once I realized the time actually spent, I notified him via text (as he had left already), cancelled the check and indicated that I wanted to send him a check in the correct amount. Afters hours harassment and threats of prosecution via text message, I received a PO Box to send the check to. His argument is that the quote he gives is per job not per hour. So whether it takes him 1.5 hours or 10 minutes he still charges for the full 1.5 hours of labor. Did I mention the 1.5 hours of labor was to install 4 parts (two belts, PTO Switch, and a battery) and he only installed 2? This man was unprofessional, rude, and threatening. If On the Go refers him to you, make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Ask questions and make sure he charges you the correct amount of labor!
