I went there picked it up, got it home, started it up and it ran for about five minutes and quit. They would say two weeks, or nope I haven't had time to get to it and any other excuse as to why they weren't working on it. You know, "I'm waiting for parts to come in"...... fast forward two months later..... I get a call, "come get your blower" I asked is it working? I get a reply back, "nope just come get it"! Now they have cut the air filter off of it and I'm out $250.00+ there's no air filter cover on it and it's still not working and they have my money..... Huh, what the heck??? I took in my auger in November got quoted $150 to get it fixed when I went to pick it up I was charged $200 which was fine But they had broken the gas tank on the auger here we are almost in April and I still have not received my auger back they called me up and told me it was fixed and they wanted to charge me over another hundred dollars.
