Pretty good business -- I had an issue with an electrical outlet, and of course found out the reason why it wasn't working right before the electrician got there. My luck! Though, the invoice reads as if they figured out the issue, lol. He was there probably about 5 minutes, and just agreed with what we found out about the outlet before he got there. We love our residential kitchen lights that were installed last week.The two gentlemen that came to our house and put down plastic everywhere they walked, were courteous and professional. Able Electric installed new panel for our 45 year old home that was in severe need of upgrade. We have heard that our old panel has caused house fires, and are looking to install a 2nd panel (eventually) for the second residence. This was phase one of project. Nicole at the office was always updating us with schedule and timing. She was so gracious, taking a lot of emails/calls during this crazy time. Depsite numerous reschedules and delays due to Covid and PG&E protocol, we finally had Jeff out to due the work. It took almost two days along with a couple other repairs. He was timely, polite, courteous and answered all my husband's many questions. We are impressed with his professionalism and how he even got along with our crazy hyper dog.
