From…read moreinitial contact through completion, they were consistently, professional, responsive, and well organized. Communication was clear and timely. Scheduling was reliable, and they showed up exactly when promised. The quality of the workmanship truly stands out. Every aspect of the job was completed with care, precision, and attention to detail. My project required working with the county and they handled the permitting process and everything went exactly as planned. The finished work is extremely clean and thoughtfully executed, with no shortcuts taken and no mess left behind. They were also very respectful of our home and workspace throughout the process. It is rare to find a contractor who combines strong technical expertise with this level of professionalism, accountability, and friendliness. Kevin helped me diagnose a problem with an outdoor outlet that was overwhelmed by something I had plugged into it. He went out of his way to help me understand the problem, being patient with my questions and sharing his knowledge. I am sure he has seen and solved far more complicated problems than my situation, but he still treated it seriously and provided a recommendation. When it was time to install a new outlet on the right circuit, he and his co-worker Angel arrived on time and got the work done right and quickly. On top of being professionals, they were respectful and just good people. I can't recommend them enough and am very glad I have someone I can trust for future work. Really hard to find.

This review is for the great experience I had when I called Tony's Toolbox to request an…read moreappointment for an estmate. I need to fix a ceiling leak and determine why it is there! I feel that you can tell a lot about a company by talking to the person who answers the phone. Amber quickly inspired confidence in my choice of choosing this company to contact. She answered the phone immediately, was professional and listened to me carefully. She set up an appointment when Tony could visit. And she explained Tony would text me the day of the appointment with the window of time he would be arriving. Love organized and efficient. As per his word, Tony texted me and gave me a 4 to 5:00 p.m. window and showed up on time. For the next hour Tony evaluated the situation by getting a very close look at the problem area. He then went up into the attic for a closer inspection. When he came back he had pictures on his phone and explained what was going on. As it turns out there is an open area in the roof where rain water can get in. This likely created the spot that has now formed. He said it was fixable and would send me an estimate via email. If I agreed with the estimate, I would be added to his schedule. (Luckily this is a very slow leak and the ceiling spot is small.) Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with choosing him out of many other people. The estimate was received the next morning! I absolutely felt it was fair and reasonable. He is a popular guy. I have a month's wait. As an aside: My neighbor was present during Tony's visit. He was so impressed with Tony that he asked for his business card. I love supporting a local, independent, and family-owned business. Thanks, Tony and Amber. See you soon.
