My contractor bought them from BBS several years ago. After an initial diagnostic visit two months ago (for which I was charged $250), it has been radio silence ever since. The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.

I went to check out and there was literally no one working the checkout lines. I must say I did notice a sign while walking in that said they were hiring and suggested filling out an application inside...so I suppose they were short staffed. I ended up going to the service/returns desk and the employee (who had not acknowledged me or smiled at me minutes earlier) was then very friendly and helpful, offering no protest when I told her I was there (at the returns desk) to purchase an item. Not only have I had better luck at this Lowe's virtually every other time I've been here in the past, but their prices are cheaper than the other guys! I suppose that, at the very least, will keep me coming back. Hopefully next time they will be more adequately staffed.
