So when we decided to install additional wood flooring, we knew exactly who to call. As expected, the sales process was outstanding. The team took the time to educate us on various options, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. They even came to our home three separate times to help us select the perfect product. After the floors were installed, we noticed some issues--the floor creaked and felt spongey in certain areas. Neal's responded immediately, coming out the very next day. They quickly acknowledged that something wasn't right and took swift action to address it. Ultimately, the issue was traced back to the material itself. That didn't matter to Neal's. They took full responsibility, sourced new material, removed the entire floor, and reinstalled everything from scratch--all within two weeks to minimize our inconvenience (their words, and they meant it!). There was no spin, no finger-pointing, and no talk of additional costs. Just accountability and action. It's easy to praise a company when everything goes according to plan--but what truly sets Neal's apart is how they handle things when they don't. That integrity and dedication is exactly why we'll continue to return to Neal's again and again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone on the Neal's team!

We went to several stores, had to wait for a salesperson and then had a hard time getting questions answered. Then luckily we went to Floor Craze and immediately had the manager's full attention. He showed us a a great selection, ranging from gorgeous high-end wool carpeting and wood flooring to stylish ceramic tile for the mudroom. He explained all the options, including the pros and cons, and gave us a very specific, detailed quote for each room, including taking out the existing flooring, and installing the padding and new flooring. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable! As soon as he placed the order for each room, he gave us frequent updates on delivery and installation times. The whole crew was warm, friendly, efficient and very professional from delivery through installation through cleanup. Everything was delivered and installed on time and perfectly. The rug for our entry had to be re-cut and rebound twice, for example, due to changes during renovation, and Floor Craze did that seamlessly within a couple of days, both tones. It's so rare to see this level of friendly service anywhere and Floor Craze made this part of our renovation a breeze!

After a fire in the kitchen of our condo, we needed to replace the burned vinyl flooring. We decided while we were having the work done anyway, we'd replace the carpeting throughout the rest of the condo with wood laminate. After waiting for several weeks for the rest of the kitchen cabinets and appliances, we were very pleasantly surprised with how quickly the flooring was installed. Not a single detail was overlooked including the deep recesses of the closets and the trim around the hot water heater pan in the utility room! When they were finished, there was no trace that anyone had been doing any flooring work in the condo...except of course for the beautiful floor! Great job!

(in a bathroom they're not working in, mind you). I'd be especially cautious if you're a woman hiring this business. It does not matter how many times you clearly state what it is that you want or do not want this team is gonna do whatever the heck they please. I had custom lumber on my property for another project. Olando's people helped themselves to these highly expensive, very rare custom materials for portions of their job, despite me specifically saying three times that that lumber was only to be used for one thing. Not only am I now stuck with the labor of going out into the world and trying to replace this custom lumber, but I have to absorb the expense, which is far greater than what it was when the lumber was purchased many years ago. And don't think for a second that just because they helped themselves to my materials that there was any discount on that job. There was not I was charged full price. When I reached out directly to.Olando an inquired what was going to be done about the paint on my upholstery and my curtains and my floors and my stairs and my bathrooms, his response was for me to get some warm water soap in a rag and do it myself. That's the respect he has for his female clients. You're just Cinderella and you're supposed to clean up after him. Two more issues of note something I found greatly disturbing was a handprint in paint on my bedroom dresser. His team was painting the master bathroom, but had no work in the bedroom itself. What would possess some man with a handful of paint to lean his hand on my dresser in my bedroom? Ladies, you know what I think, men cannot be left alone in your house with anything freely. Now in full disclosure, this job was done a couple of years ago and I held my tongue because I knew I was never going to do business with him and I've been pretty good about informing my friends and other people in the community that I know personally about the risks to your personal property and finances when working with this company. In full disclosure, this job was done a couple of years ago, and though I have shared the bad experience with friends and some members of the business community, I kept my displeasure off of social media. As a business owner myself, I have empathy for the struggles small business owners are going through today and confident in the knowledge that I would never ever use or recommend this company to anyone else that was gonna be the end of it for me. But remember that custom lumber I mentioned? Like I said it was meant for a specific project. Well, these guys decided to use it for stair treads. Number one the wood was not appropriate for that usage and number two, two years later that would is purging sap. Big huge gooey tracks of sap. We can't even use one door in my house because there's so much sap on the stairs your shoes stick to the stairs. The sap sticks to your shoes and ultimately the sap ends up on my wood floors. And that's just a step too far. Now not only do I have to replace the lumber for the custom project which still hasn't been done because when I asked Orlando if he was going to reimburse me for the wood, he told me to find it myself and he'd write me a check. As I mentioned, I run my own business and I haven't had time to go see King custom lumber. But now I have to redo part of the project that he did. So I'm out the original $22,000 for the job, I'm out however many thousands of dollars it's gonna cost me to replace that lumber, and now I have to redo a large portion of the job because it's causing even more damage. Do yourself a favor, call another painter. This guy will promise you the world upfront, but he doesn't even return to inspect his work. And again, ladies, if you have any complaints, this man's answer is do it yourself, Cinderella. There are far more reasonably priced and higher quality contractors around the shoreline.
