Kevin even pitched in on an occasion or two to work with his crew. I owed him the $17,000 balance of the job for some weeks since I had been out of town, and he was very reasonable about waiting for the final payment. I had three people give glowing reports on Kevin and his roofing-siding business prior to my choosing/using him. These were discriminating, well-to-do people, IE, in an affluent neighborhood. One was a woodworking craftsman and engineer. From the results I say that I agree wholeheartedly with recommending them. We had the whole roof stripped, repairs made to the plywood, a cricket remade before they re-roofed it. No leaks... BTW, BBB has no complaints listed.

We worked with Neal's Hardwood Flooring over 10 years ago, and our original wood floors still look…read moreamazing. So when we decided to install additional wood flooring, we knew exactly who to call. As expected, the sales process was outstanding. The team took the time to educate us on various options, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. They even came to our home three separate times to help us select the perfect product. After the floors were installed, we noticed some issues--the floor creaked and felt spongey in certain areas. Neal's responded immediately, coming out the very next day. They quickly acknowledged that something wasn't right and took swift action to address it. Ultimately, the issue was traced back to the material itself. That didn't matter to Neal's. They took full responsibility, sourced new material, removed the entire floor, and reinstalled everything from scratch--all within two weeks to minimize our inconvenience (their words, and they meant it!). There was no spin, no finger-pointing, and no talk of additional costs. Just accountability and action. It's easy to praise a company when everything goes according to plan--but what truly sets Neal's apart is how they handle things when they don't. That integrity and dedication is exactly why we'll continue to return to Neal's again and again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone on the Neal's team!

The crew did an excellent job on the wall and taking care of the surrounding property. There is a small brick wall near the big wall that was also in disrepair -- as part of their clean up, they actually ended up putting the brick wall back together better than it was before. They got to work within a couple of weeks of signing the paperwork (given how most contractors these days are slow, this was very impressive) and the work was done on schedule.
