Since this family business works very hard to make sure their products are satisfactory with their client before ordering, they are upfront, express there maybe a delay from the manufacture they are ordering from due to the virus. Tony was in constant communication with me assuring when the carpet arrive and would schedule installation at that time. I selected a beautiful carpet on 10/13/2020 and was installed on 10/31/2020!! Made in the USA! Tony and his team never took a break, worked from 8am till 4pm non stop! This included two bedrooms with walk in closets, hallway, and huge storage room all located on the second floor of my home. there was nothing for me to clean up!!! Who puts Sheetrock up over paneling? Who put cubbie doors back on with one hinge put on backward? Who doesn't put trim around that cubbie door? Who starts painting before all sanding not complete? Who doesn't put on a full coat of paint when painting a room? Showed up to Sheetrock and install doors and had no step ladder, no door hole saw, no chisel and puts on customers bill.
