Professionalism at it's best. I applaud James and his valuable team for the great job they did in completing the challenging first phase of my backyard project. The project commenced right away, and his team wasted no time to deliver my expectations. My first phase included.. * Filling in the old inground pool with stone from a dismantled 9' stone wall in yard. * Adding additional material to fill in gaps in the big hole then compacting said area with a commercial heavy-duty compactor to ensure a future level patio with firepit. * Designed a beautiful patio area with Nicolock pavers. * Installation of a sophisticated drainage system to preclude any sitting water accumulation. * Regrading yard, bringing in about 2 triaxles of loom carried into backyard by wheelbarrows, due to limitations with ingress and egress. This helped to lessen the steep hill to allow for a softer, gradual sloping of yard. Additional 4-5 axels to be brought in during second phase. * Transplanting very large, mature, evergreens to another location in yard My past hardship experiences with inept and unscrupulous contractors helped me to recognize a truly genuine contractor, like James. He boasts integrity and is truly impeccable with his word. What he says, he delivers. James is onsite, making certain his team follows his directive. When I had any questions, concerns, changes, with the scope of work James responded quickly and without hesitation. He had also gone out of his way to provide recommendations as to how I can correct areas of concern in my expansion joints in my concrete driveway independently. James has a very creative mind and is easy and comfortable to work with. I appreciate him helping to take my vision and turn it into a reality. My new patio area with firepit is awesome! Thank you, James and team! My next large phase of construction is forthcoming. It will include hardscape and landscape with stone wall and installation of Trex privacy fencing along with hydroseeding once weather is appropriate. I look forward to working with James and his team again to begin my second phase. read more

I found Juggs on Angie's List. They had a high rating and when I asked for a quote to redo our driveway at our new house and help stop our garage from flooding everytime it rained they came out super fast. Mike is a wicked nice man and knows what he's talking about. He gave us a very affordable quote with no pressure. We called him 2 weeks later and he got us scheduled. The Juggs team is very efficient, doesn't dilly dally, knows what they're doing and are respectful. They put in a ground pipe in front our garage and made sure our driveway was specifically designed to never flood ever again as well as expanded it and made it look so nice!! I highly recommend Juggs and will have them come back to help us with more projects. read more

James came out to give us our free estimate and explained the entire process they use for driveways. He addressed all of our concerns for the widening of our driveway and the pavers we wanted going from the driveway to our front steps. He added insight to what we should and shouldn't do, after seeing how it came out, what he told us totally makes sense. Juggs' crew came in, executed exactly what we wanted them to do in a timely manner for an affordable price. We have had no issues whatsoever. read more

Gorgeous! James was our point of contact from start to finish. He kept in touch every step of the way and answered all our technical questions about the process and products used. He kept an eye on the weather and made sure the final product would last for many years to come. As a woman coordinating the project, I appreciated the respect he showed me. James and his crew did an amazing job re-doing my front steps and sidewalk. It was a fair price as I received several quotes. They removed all the old bricks and replaced it with brand new pavers of my choice. I also had an issue with rain and drainage, and they installed a drain where needed and everything looks and works beautiful. Would not hesitate to hire them in the future if needed!! read more

A very positive experience. James explained what they would do and why and was very quick with any communication. The price was certainly competitive with others in the area, but Juggs did what they needed to win the business.
