I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well. Ive spoken to my landlord numerous times about feeling ill in my own apartment and my dog has been coughing, constantly wiping his nose with his paws, and licking and biting at his paws. I have heart palpitations, lungs and ribs feel as if ive been punched, and breathing is very difficult at times at any place in the house. Have had two MAJOR leaks from 6- 12 months ago, and carpets were ripped out, but never replaced. Then upstairs neighbors flooded my ceiling and walls twice after with gray water... still unrepaired, six months later. Landlord wanted me to believe it was water from showering, but i was a plumber for 10 years. Duh...used water from a shower IS gray water. Couldve been pissed in, plus is wastewater from washing your privates, etc. Plus with photos, of course, water had sticky residue, and closet reeks of urine!! Joe answered phone at 1 am, listened to entire history of problems, and set up appt to come by two days later on Monday morning. So far, has lived up to stellar reviews and reputation, and i feel 100% confident that this will finally be exposed and fixed the PROPER & LEGAL way. Will add more when results come back next week.
