I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called, left a message, and Jim called me back in a couple days. We discussed what I needed and he gave me a very reasonable price. He answered all my questions thoroughly and said they should be able to get to it within 2 weeks time. Well, 2 DAYS later they were ready. Kevin and Ben came out, setup all their equipment and did the job. They were friendly, down to earth and professional. Friendly, helpful, rapid, went above and beyond my expectations. The price was extremely resonable. Not only did Collin define the property lines between my neighbors and myself, he also marked out the line between the city and my property (just in case they ever put in a sidewalk). Didn't use this company however my neighbor did. I emailed this company asking if they were the ones who surveyed the property and if so I had a few questions. A representative called me back and said yes they did do the survey. When I asked if there could have been a mistake with the placement of one of the stakes which throws off the angle of the property (makes the property line jagged)- I was asked why I emailed to "B - - ch", and why was I being a "B ---ch" and instead of "B----ing" at him I should just hire him to come check the stake which was off from the under ground pins and original survey map. Thought it was odd he would be so defensive and use inappropriate language. Would never hire someone like that- my daughter and I couldn't believe how many times this guy swore. Very odd- read more
