I got a few competitive quotes for the project but I was so impressed with the level of respect and professionalism from Sebby that I chose to use this company. I was not disappointed! I've gotten countless compliments - and my neighbors are super jealous! Will not hesitate to use this company again for my next job.

I ended up cold calling three different companies to get some estimates. Rock Landscaping's quote was very reasonable compared to the others. His quote was so good, I added a sidewalk from my driveway to the front door to the project. Rock was excellent about designing my project. He took what I wanted and made some modifications that made the job even better. I had always planned on straight and angular pathways, but Rock convinced me that arcs and curves were the way to go, and he was right. The crew worked very hard for the 4 or 5 days they were here. They took few breaks and were very polite and respectful to my wife and I. They were neat when they were done they picked up any debris and left the place looking good. We are thrilled with the work they did. I was concerned about some grass seedlings coming up in a few of the joints, but Rock came back when I called him and took care of it. He even gave me a supply of the matching polymeric sand to have on hand. This job was done in Sept. of 2016. I have waited to see how the work held up to winters and ground settling. All still looks good. I would strongly recommend Rock Landscaping and Construction to anyone looking for a quality job done at a great price.

All other quotes were double or more than the one I got from this place, so I was worried that it would be shoddy workmanship or low-quality vinyl planks. We had them replace the ripped porch screens, power wash railings, roof, and the entire exterior of the house, as well as clean the gutters. They also replaced our old lousy gutter guards. Rudy did several walk arounds with me during the project to show me the progress and point out areas of concern, such as places where there were gaps in the existing deck trim that had caused water damage under the fascia. They were able to replace all of the rotting boards and added new trim to cover the gaps, which we hadn't planned on, but it made the deck much more sound and looks great, even better than before! He also pointed out that a number of our other old window screens around the house were frayed or torn, and offered to replace them while they were there, at a very fair price. The entire deck/porch looks new again. His team took care to carefully clean up the work site before they left. This is a family business, and they were consistently kind and very responsive. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
