Bought our cabinets from here and they highly recommended the installer. My husband is very handy…read moresince he had to fix and adjust many mistakes. Measured wrong which cost us more for that mistake that no one took responsibility for. The cabinets were left with so many exterior pencil markings that were tough to get rid of on the white cabinets. He messed up on measuring a cabinet that left a gap where the tile ended. Every drawer where he installed the hardware were splintered as you can see in the pictures.

From Greg Rellis I…read morewas lucky enough to to have found Mike Hohl from the Kitchen Factor as I was remodeling a house in Stratford.Ct, while living in Europe ( who in their right mind does that? renovates a house from a foreign country?) and thank goodness that I did. Mike was able to take my rudimentary ideas and half backed plans and translate them into a manageable project. He was the ideal designer for me..AND I think for you as well and this is why: He was able to take my over complicated plans and stream line them into a more simpler project with an eye on aesthetics and a cleaner look. The end results became more elegant in its simplicity and practicality that is very appealing to the eye, that ALSO fit into my budget. Are you kidding me!? Coast Concepts is off the charts on customer service and value. Travis and…read moreAndrew are just good people. They completed three jobs for us in superb fashion. Our master bedroom was carpeted and because it is a "antique" house, it had a hump in the middle of the floor. CC came in and spent the time to correct the leveling issues and install a perfect hardwood floor. The attic also had carpet and need an upgrade and when CC was done it is now a first class beautiful old home attic. In additional to the hardwoods, CC gave us a high value deal on replacing the carpets heading up the stairs to the attic. We have already planned 3 more projects with Coastal Concepts. If you need flooring, you've need to call Coastal Concepts! The value of the service is excellent.

I recently had my old siding replaced with new siding with Nu-Face and I'm very happy with the…read morewhole experience. They were very knowledgeable about their trade. The siding crew was approachable, efficient, and worked consistently until the job was done. The gutter team was also very dexterous and skilled, completing their job on a very hot day. After a little over a week, everything was finished. The house exterior looked wonderfully refreshed and the yard was left clean of all debris. What I liked best about this company was how well they communicated when and what things would be done to the house. They were good about setting dates and keeping to the promised schedule. If someone was going to come out to the house for a task, they always informed me about it. If I had a question or concern, they were easily reachable. Unlike some contractors I've had in the past, they didn't disappear for weeks in the middle of the job. They got it done quickly all in one go and on time, which meant minimal disruption to my daily routine. Highly recommended!

We met with several hardscape designers/builders before settling on Aaron Torrison and the…read moreStonescape Company. Our intuition was correct. Aaron was professional, responsive, and clearly understood our needs during the design process. We requested that the work be done during a specific and narrow timeframe. The crew arrived as promised the first day, and worked straight through (including Saturdays) for just over a week. This fairly large project was done to perfection. The team was professional, courteous, and meticulous throughout. When there were questions, they answered and engaged with Aaron as necessary. This was truly one of the most - if not the most - enjoyable contractor experiences that we have ever had.

He easily could have up-sold me for more than I needed, but instead, made suggestions on what would best suit my needs and budget.. I made my selections, and he took laser measurements for the two windows I was having new shades made for. He told me there would be a 3-4 week lead time from the manufacturer, since they are custom made to fit each application. About three weeks after he first came to measure, he returned and installed the new shades. He worked very cleanly, putting down a small quilt on my floor to prevent damage and dirt. I absolutely could not be happier with the shades or his workmanship. These folks are friendly, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. And as always, you get what you pay for. It wasn't inexpensive, but by my standards was a great value. Thank you Angelo and Mary!
