Our master bedroom was carpeted and because it is a "antique" house, it had a hump in the middle of the floor. CC came in and spent the time to correct the leveling issues and install a perfect hardwood floor. The attic also had carpet and need an upgrade and when CC was done it is now a first class beautiful old home attic. In additional to the hardwoods, CC gave us a high value deal on replacing the carpets heading up the stairs to the attic. We have already planned 3 more projects with Coastal Concepts. If you need flooring, you've need to call Coastal Concepts! The value of the service is excellent.

He explained all the options, including the pros and cons, and gave us a very specific, detailed quote for each room, including taking out the existing flooring, and installing the padding and new flooring. Their prices are surprisingly reasonable! As soon as he placed the order for each room, he gave us frequent updates on delivery and installation times. The whole crew was warm, friendly, efficient and very professional from delivery through installation through cleanup. Everything was delivered and installed on time and perfectly. The rug for our entry had to be re-cut and rebound twice, for example, due to changes during renovation, and Floor Craze did that seamlessly within a couple of days, both tones. It's so rare to see this level of friendly service anywhere and Floor Craze made this part of our renovation a breeze!
