The installation was a disaster. They were done after 4 hours ($1500. or $375. per hour). The toe molding was removed and not replaced and the rubber flashing at the base of the cabinets was crushed under the new flooring. You also could put your fingers under two of the door thresholds. The workman also smashed a wall clock and hid it under a piece of furniture so we would not find it until after they left. This was their idea of complete! Do yourself a favor and hire a LOCAL professional. I wish I did.

Our contractor hired these guys and the work was repulsive. Upon first look everything looked good, since we weren't living in the home, however.... We had to have the first tile shower they put in ripped out because it looked horrendous- chunks of grout missing, sloppy cut tiles, uneven spacing. They blamed this on the fact that we picked herringbone tile and "non Italian" tile). The second redo was just as horrifying (again chunks of grout missing) and resulted in our shower leaking into the downstairs. Steve (the owner) came to look at the shower and was an entitled snake who took 0 accountability for the work his guys did. There was grout missing and cracking all over the place! Again, they made another excuse and blamed it on bad grout. THEY PICKED THE GROUT. This isnt to say our contractor wasn't at fault either, but between the two, AWFUL! For the third time, we hired our OWN guy to come fix it (who isn't even a professional tiler but he blew these yahoos out of the water). STAY AWAY FROM BT TILE, or if you do hire them, be sure to inspect every little thing and prepare yourself for small claims court! THE PHOTOS SHOULD SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!
