For instance, if I wanted a back splash to match my countertop, I had to go to a different store, The moment I walked into Tile Craft, I knew I walked into the right place. Peter at Tile Craft asked if he could help me and for the first time, someone actually did. He helped me choose the countertops and showed me what backsplashes would work. I took samples home to be sure I was making the right decision. Once my decision was made, Richard the owner, contacted me and scheduled the installation and told me exactly what was going to happen during the 3 day installation. The entire experience went off without a hitch. Great experience!!!

Peter had experience installing heated tile floors and was tremendous in helping to design glassed in showers in a small space. He also took care of installing updated fixtures, fans, toilets and even a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We were not there during much of the renovation but Peter was meticulous in emailing daily progress reports, photos and ensuring I okayed every decision and selection. We worked closely with Jayme at Tile America, both getting a big thumbs up from me for great selection and assistance in designing the bathrooms and living room. The painters Peter recommended did a beautiful and thorough job and Peter helped us find great colors to pull everything together. I would highly recommend Bath Builder and will certainly go back for any future projects

He told us that if we did not like what we purchased we could take him to court! We were only there to ask if we could reselect. We have been living with this for several months now and every day we hate it more. We felt like Mark backed us up into a corner that we had no way out. Sorry we ever walked into that store. 11.02.2024 Sandie V…read moreI hired "Two Brothers Painting Co." to paint my kitchen, which entailed quite a bit of fine detail work. I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided. Andrew and Jose completed my entire kitchen and back entry quickly and to perfection. Not only were they superb as painters, they were polite, unobtrusive and easy to work with. I would recommend "Two Brothers" without hesitation and with pleasure. Thank you for a job beautifully done.

The whole process, even in this odd environment, was painless and the communications were great. The installers took their time and did a quality job.
