I would rate this business a ten if I could. My experience could not have been better. I had been…read moreto a few other stores and was disappointed at the lack of service and lack of services that were not offered. For instance, if I wanted a back splash to match my countertop, I had to go to a different store, The moment I walked into Tile Craft, I knew I walked into the right place. Peter at Tile Craft asked if he could help me and for the first time, someone actually did. He helped me choose the countertops and showed me what backsplashes would work. I took samples home to be sure I was making the right decision. Once my decision was made, Richard the owner, contacted me and scheduled the installation and told me exactly what was going to happen during the 3 day installation. The entire experience went off without a hitch. Great experience!!!

The work was very well done, and the finishes were the best I have encountered in Humboldt. Ours wasn't a simple remodel, with both the demo and the level of build (herring bone tile, heated floors, and seamless glass) requiring great skill. Once completed, we were very pleased with the results. Even after the job was completed, Shawnee always answers the phone and makes himself available. I recommend Mad River Construction highly if you are looking for a creative and skilled construction company.

I was working out front of my yard when I met a guy running a bucket moving asphalt about the…read moredriveway that passed by my yard. We had a pleasant chat and I gave him an ice cold water. He said he was helping my neighbor out. I kindly ask if he could please smooth out the dropped asphalt, that lay in front of my own driveway. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond; and would take no payment. Off he went fixing the road leading to my neighbor. I, dressed in shorts and wearing flip flops, i brilliantly fell into an OCD episode and began using my pocket knife to cut back some long thorn branches shooting out into the roadway being worked on. I lost my balance and fell backwards right in the thick thorn bushes. I was pretty much out of sight, and stabbed profusely; every move was painful. I pulled out my cell phone and dialed several times inside my house for help. LOL- "Help I've fallen and can't get up" just like the commercial. I then blew the dog whistle I had around my neck to call our rescue dog Leo, a Siberian Husky. Fortunately for me Frank Turrifi and my neighbor heard m whistle. The two of them pulled me up and out !! I should have been awarded the dumb-ass award of the day !! BOTTOM LINE: Based on the kind of person Frank was to me; I see zero reason his company would not successfully perform any job you may have. Thank you Frank.

Peter Nimirowski, owner of Bath Builder did a great job on our condo remodel in Norwich CT. My…read morehusband and I bought a Villa at the Norwich Inn and wanted to redo both bathrooms and tile the living room. Peter had experience installing heated tile floors and was tremendous in helping to design glassed in showers in a small space. He also took care of installing updated fixtures, fans, toilets and even a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We were not there during much of the renovation but Peter was meticulous in emailing daily progress reports, photos and ensuring I okayed every decision and selection. We worked closely with Jayme at Tile America, both getting a big thumbs up from me for great selection and assistance in designing the bathrooms and living room. The painters Peter recommended did a beautiful and thorough job and Peter helped us find great colors to pull everything together. I would highly recommend Bath Builder and will certainly go back for any future projects

11.02.2024 Sandie V…read moreI hired "Two Brothers Painting Co." to paint my kitchen, which entailed quite a bit of fine detail work. I also needed some carpentry work done, and I was fortunate because they employ their own carpenters. After the in-person consultation, the office staff provided me with a detailed and inclusive estimate which was very fair. The carpenters, Frank and Brian, arrived on the stated date and performed their part of the assignment quickly and flawlessly. Two weeks later, the painters, Andrew and Jose, arrived as stated n the contract. I can't say enough about the perfectionism of this duo. I had many cabinets and moldings requiring fine, detailed work. I've had a tremendous amount of work done in my home in the past, but their work was unparalleled. I was impressed with Andrew's building of an enclosed plastic room within my house to sand and spray the cabinets. There was never any dust or mess at the end of the day. It was honestly amazing. My cabinets are silky and look brand new. I pretty much knew what colors I wanted to use, but "Two Brothers" provides a color specialist who did make a house call. She gave me some good ideas, and if you don't know what colors to choose, she'd be great for someone who was undecided. Andrew and Jose completed my entire kitchen and back entry quickly and to perfection. Not only were they superb as painters, they were polite, unobtrusive and easy to work with. I would recommend "Two Brothers" without hesitation and with pleasure. Thank you for a job beautifully done.

After inquiring on the phone this was one of the only places that demanded I come in before they could give me any type of cabinet layout or quote. Their limited store hours required me to take leave from work to come meet this guy in person. When I finally did, the gentleman working couldn't find the specs of my kitchen I had sent him. He offered no additional help, and told me he would email me a layout for my kitchen, and get back to me with a quote. It's been weeks and I still have not received a thing. Wickford Kitchen and Bath proved to be nothing but a huge waste of my time. It's without a doubt worth it to shop elsewhere. After finding the best places in RI for kitchen remodel, my recommendation for cabinets would be Broden Millworks in Middletown. They have quality cabinets, reasonable pricing, and most important very competent friendly staff working there. They give you a great deal on boos countertops as well. Don't waste your time with Wickford.
