The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. Recently, I purchased an ANDERSEN window, pvc trim. The window came in damaged, which was…read morereplaced. River head then lost the pvc trim which was supposed to be delivered with the window. It took months to get the trim. A call to the manufacturer said the trim is available immediately. So..... why so long???? This delayed the project. After 5 months we finally got the window installed only to find that one of the screens was damaged. River head required me to purchase a new screen and be reimbursed if they determined that I did not damage it. Well I picked up the screen but they said they couldn't reimburse me until Monday. We will see if they get this right. I have little confidence at this point I hope this isn't how they treat all their customers. Needless to say, I'm not impressed.

It's a bit on the high end price wise & you might be able to find some of their items cheaper at other stores. It's cool to browse either way. When I'm at the Olde Mystic Village I always like to pop in & see what I might want to purchase.
