The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. She provided me a few designs / price points to choose from and I found them to be transparent with their pricing. Remodel stayed on schedule, which was huge for us. (I was 7.5-8mo pregnant at the start of the work, so I was concerned about timing) The quality of the work seems to be high, no issues so far. Their crew was pleasant to have in our home. (Respectful of napping toddler, pets, friendly, clean! etc.) Scotty, our project manager was great. Other reviews comment on them being overpriced, but unfortunately any quality home re-model will be expensive these days.
