I won't let this stop me from going there again but if it happens again I won't order a deli sandwich again. I give this place five stars but on this particular day just 4. Side note my mom also got a sandwich a turkey on white and it was so soggy she said it wasnt edible. We only traveled about 15 minutes with them back home.

Since I planned my own wedding, it was nice to have someone I could trust on the other end. She was available when I needed her, and was always checking in. She nailed every detail down to the inch. Ivy and Sophia were both professional, patient, and hospitality oriented. We were kept in the loop with deadlines, road blocks, and decision making. They cc'd my mom on every email as I requested. They never once tried to upsell me, but they knew if something aligned with my values, that I would want to know about it. They were always spot on, and I ended up adding anything they offered me because they knew it was part of my vision. At times it was almost like they were in my head! I never once felt like "another one of their events," but rather I wondered if they even HAD any other events, because the experience felt so personalized and tailored to me. They succeeded in making us feel like their only priority. The tasting before the wedding was spectacular. They close down the shop and do a detailed tasting and take notes on what you like or dislike. It was organized and well put together. This was also really special to us because we didn't have much time to enjoy the food on our wedding day, understandably. But the wedding? I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day. The ceremony was even more beautiful than I had pictured, all thanks to Sophia and the staff at Ivy's. The reception was set up gorgeously, the food was WAY better than your typical wedding cuisine, and the service was outstanding. Most of my relatives and friends are in hospitality as well and they couldn't stop commenting on how exceptional the service was all night. The bartenders were definitely a highlight, so shoutout to them. They even assigned me a bridal attendant, who had eyes on us all night and went above and beyond. If you are lucky enough to get Ivy's Simply Homemade to Cater for your event, you should count your lucky stars. They should be charging double what they do.
