Noel's is such a gem! Their deli sandwiches are amazing!!! You get a lot of bang for your buck. They are made to order and have so many different options, even chicken cutlet and eggplant. My family has been coming here for years. I'm due for a trip back soon!

I currently have COVID, and I've been craving something besides canned soup. My mom picked me up a turkey grinder with lettuce and jalapeños and it was so good I wanted to cry. Happy tears. Day three of COVID and I just needed that little nostalgic throwback. So thank you Noel's and thank you mom. Y'all made my day. She drove it 30m to me and it was perfect still.

Wonderful selection of ANYTHING you need. They are known for their meats. We got some local cheese, and some macaroni salads. Great place!

Title: The Human Raincloud of the Montauk IGA…read more I've been shopping at the Montauk IGA for years and can say, without hesitation, that it's usually a shining example of small-town warmth and friendliness. The staff is famously helpful, cheerful, and welcoming -- which is why encountering Dayanara at the checkout feels like suddenly stepping into a thunderstorm in the middle of a sunny day. It's as if her job description reads: "Scowl, sigh heavily, and make customers question all their life choices." She manages to inject rudeness into the most basic exchanges, going out of her way to be curt, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant. If Montauk ever needed a mascot for passive-aggressive hostility, she'd be overqualified. This isn't a case of someone having a bad day -- this is a professional commitment to being a human sandpaper strip. The contrast with the rest of the staff is so stark it's almost performance art. For the sake of the store's otherwise stellar reputation, she should be moved into a role that doesn't involve live humans. Stock room. Night shift. Mars. Anywhere but the checkout lane. IGA Montauk, keep doing what you do best -- just maybe reassign your resident mood assassin before she convinces visitors that "Montauk charm" is a myth.

Looked around for about 15 minutes. When I was up at register I found out they were not taking card right now, which was confusing because there was no signage, no people working there telling you that the most common way of paying nowadays isn't gonna work. So I had to go put everything back and wasted 30+ minutes of my time going there. Normally I would recommend going here. They have some good stuff for parties or for snacking and lots of meat choices, but their service today was very lack luster, and it definitely put a damper on my plans. Working in retail I would just say do better. I was planning on spending over 50 dollars there just to be turned away because nobody wanted to tell the customers what's going on in the store. A lady behind me also was going to have to leave because of the lack of information given. Some people don't have a lot of time to do things, and now they might not even be able to go buy food at all. Very disappointed.

The staff is helpful and really listens to what you are asking on your way to an amazing sandwich or great cut of meat. I have not really paid attention to see if there is somewhere to sit eat there. My first experience we ate on the hood of our car. I have had several sandwiches, from breakfast(amazing) to several of the hot grinders, and the cold ones. I have never been disappointed. The grinder's are so delicious and awesome. We have shopped for meat here also. Their butchers are knowledgeable and will cut the meat you ask for. Lots of stuff to buy to go with your meal! Go here if your in Connecticut. You definitely will not be sorry. There is online ordering for the sandwiches also!

Drove an additional 15 miles to go and visit Stew Leonard's…read more I preface this review by saying I've seen the owner of Stew Leonard's on the morning news in the past. Particularly during the holidays, where he is talking about how to prepare your holiday meals. Second, my friend from New Jersey is probably the Duchess of Stew Leonard's and I had to see what this was all about. Here is my story It's like going to a Trader Joe's if you're on the West Coast, BuCees if you're on Central and southeast part of the country or I don't know I suppose a typical local giant supermarket. Here are my observations. They accommodate the local people they have so many things you can do with your children. If you're shopping in the store, they have mascots and different games you can play. The store is clean and organize organized There are many local products, they support the local community Would I go back? Probably if I lived closer, I would love to buy their vegetables which was very neatly displayed and priced. They were busy! That says something right?

They have their own wine and liquor store, plus a grab-and-go, buffet-style area with fresh, hot food. There is also an ice cream station with cotton candy and strawberry soft-serve, which is delicious. I especially love the cone cups because if the ice cream melts, it doesn't drip all over you. One of my favorite parts is the selection of pre-prepped meals you can take home and throw right in the oven, like Chicken Cordon Bleu and stuffed chicken with spinach and artichoke, along with many other options. It makes dinner so much easier. The only downside was that the avocados all seemed very overripe, so those probably aren't the best thing to buy here. Other than that, the store is well stocked and easy to shop in. I also really appreciate that they have real checkout counters instead of only self-checkout. The employees are friendly, helpful, and the service is good. Prices run a little on the higher side, but if you look around, you can definitely find some decent deals. Overall, it's a convenient and enjoyable place to shop, especially for the pre-made meals and family-friendly atmosphere.
