Everything seems well-made. The upstairs remains closed off, and as a result of that and the expansion of the snack area the space for exhibits is a bit smaller than some years back. Mystic Knotworks absolutely made my husband's childhood dream come true!…read more Ever since he was a kid, he wanted a braided bracelet--but there was always one problem: none of them would ever fit over his giant hands! We stopped into Mystic Knotworks, and even though it was closing time, they took the time to custom make one specifically for him. Not only did they make his dream bracelet fit perfectly, but they did it with humor, smiles, and the kind of kindness that you just don't forget. They could have easily sent us on our way since they were closing, but instead they made the experience so much fun and truly special. My husband finally has the braided bracelet he has wanted since childhood, and we cannot thank them enough. Incredible customer service, wonderful people, and beautiful craftsmanship. We highly recommend Mystic Knotworks!

There were an array of items to choose from. Whether you're buying items to decorate your home or accessories to wear. There are classic bracelet styles to ones with a hook or anchor. For home, there are coasters, wreaths, and more. There are keychains, pet toys, etc. We enjoyed shopping around the store. We bought two bracelets and an anklet. There was a person making these items in store. It's well crafted and lovely; there were many colors to choose from too. If you're in Mystic, it's worth a stop to get a souvenir there!

All the employees in the shops are just so sweet- never ran into a bad one. I enjoy walking around here every single store front has something in it, it's not a dead area with random shops closed. It's pretty much always busy, but doesn't get so crowded you have anxiety. I have brought my mom here a few times and she also enjoys it. We spend half a day here and grab something to eat as well. You might want to plan to spend at least 3/4 hours here. Take it all in. The prices can be on the more pricier side for stuff- but that's location. Have fun!
