Our room was ready and check-in went smoothly. We stayed in a suite with a king-size bed. The bed was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was quite large. After we settled in we stopped in Ascots Pub for lunch. We grabbed a Kensington Burger. It was excellent. Perfectly cooked on a delicious Brioche roll. I also had a fantastic beer recommended by Maria our bartender who was awesome! The beer was Thomas Hooker No filter. Excellent IPA. Very crisp , not to hoppy wits definite citrus taste. For dinner we went to Kensingtons. Classy high end restaurant with great atmosphere and service. We started with drinks. Old fashioned for me , lemon drop martini for my beautiful wife. Both great. For dinner . I started with the New England clam chowder. Very good, not as good perhaps Newport RI where my wife is from but for a Long Island guy pretty good. A bit of pepper did the trick. My wife had filet mignon medallions which included puffy potato crochets . She said the potatoes were pillowy and amazing. Steak was delicious. 2 nice sized pieces seasoned and cooked to perfection I had the Ricotta gnocchi. Good, not great for me. I enjoyed the gnocchi but it was too busy with excessive vegetables and such. Still, quite tasty. The following day we attended our family wedding. Awesome time. Most of which was just centered around our family and enjoying a great time! However, the food was great, the staff was efficient and friendly. Upon leaving my wife and I decided we are heading back next year. We definitely plan to again enjoy the dining experience but will definitely partake in the spa as well. No

This is my favorite place to get pampered! I took my granddaughter to experience a day at the spa…read morefor her 14th birthday gift. She enjoyed it immensely. The spa has such a relaxed vibe. It's easy to fall asleep whether you are in the relaxation room or during a treatment. My granddaughter really wanted to get a massage but was a bit uncertain so we opted for the duet massage. We were in adjoining rooms with an accordion door that opened up so we could enjoy the massages together. The ladies did such a good job on us. We left feeling very relaxed. My granddaughter had a facial and her skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. She was happy to have had it done and kept talking about how soft her skin felt. We had lunch at Kensington's. We shared a delicious appetizer of Korean fried chicken. For lunch she ordered the steak frites and enjoyed every morsel. I had the caprese flatbread, which was delicious and light. Perfect for a day at the spa. We enjoyed the amenities they offer very much. There is a pool, hot tub and sauna to use throughout your visit. They offer complimentary snacks in the afternoon just outside of the spa entrance. She was so relaxed that she slept most of the 45 minute drive home. I'm so glad they allow 14 year olds there. My granddaughter wants to make this an annual event each year. She thought it was nice to walk around all day in a robe as well as enjoying everything the Spa has to offer. I'm hoping next year we can stay at the Inn. I've stayed there many times and love it.

They have up to date games such as virtual reality and more. They also rotate the games on a regular basis to keep it fresh for the arcade goers. In order to play, a cyber quest club card is required. There is a machine you can get this from or one of the associates can assist. There is a dollar fee and each game there is approximately .50 to $2. After playing, there is a prize zone desk. You can redeem prizes based on how many tickets you have on your card. The prizes are toys, movies, games, etc. My son won some small toys like slime and a foam dice. They also host birthday parties there. Overall, it's a great spot to play games, regardless of age.

There's a decent variety of games here - from plain video games to the ones where you win tickets to eventually redeem a "prize". The prizes of course range, but if you want one of the more expensive ones, be prepared to spend a lot of money and time here accumulating tickets. Tickets are automatically added to your game card instead of the old days of holding wads of them. Game cards are available to refill and to of course hold your tickets. You can leave and return another day with the active amounts still on the cards - not sure if there is an expiration on them though. Staff was ok generally. There is a check in - but I don't know much about what that entails. I imagine parents can drop their kids here while they go to the slots or dinner, but I'm really not sure. Located in Mohegan Sun, a small but decent break from the gambling monotony.

On a weekend getaway to Mohegan Sun and husband planned a visit here. It was very lovely thought…read moreand visit. We drove from NY to CT on Saturday and we were hoping we spend about about 2-3 hours here. Sadly, the vineyard has closing hours at 4.30 pm. So we were able to spend about an hour. When we pulled up to the vineyard, I was very happy. It was calming and pretty. They have a gravel ( i think it's gravel) parking place. We pulled up and looked around and it was beautiful. I would imagine they hold ton of wedding and other events just because of the beauty of the place.I wish the weather was a bit warm, granted it was December but still I really wanted to enjoy my glass watching the sunset on their terrace /outdoor seating area. But I am getting ahead with the interior. We parked and walked in, the man behind the counter informed us about the closing hours. He was friendly and helpful. I must say the service is friendly and cheerful. That alone adds to your experience. When we walked we saw several tables and large party having good old time. I think we got a table because we came very close to closing time. I am not sure but you might be able to bring your own food if your holding a party. If this correct, that's amazing. Usually vineyards don't let you bring your own food. My husband and I both picked the white and rose options, for the most part. I especially liked the Rose, it was crisp and light. It was be prefect for a very hot summer afternoon. It was just delightful. My husband loved Vidal Blanc. For me Vidal Blanc was a bit more acidic than I prefer. We had about couple of glasses of the Rose and the Vidal Blanc and then we decided to buy a bottle of Rose.

You can bring food to pair with the delicious wine. We also loved that there was a disc golf course and a very nice one at that.
