Chris from EH Builders Supply asked where the materials would be used where I told him in the basement. He said if they could open the windows, they would be willing to just place the materials directly into the room via the windows and garage. How awesome. After we closed on the house they provided a bill to our builder with a different cost. We had to pay the builder since he had already paid for it, though when I tried to clear up the manner with the supplier he refused to acknowledge the previous quote then threatened me and informed me there was nothing I can do and no lawyer would help in this manner and I am out of luck. I felt like I was treated so unfairly and robbed out of what should have been a wonderful experience. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

My contractor bought them from BBS several years ago. After an initial diagnostic visit two months ago (for which I was charged $250), it has been radio silence ever since. The person responsible at BBS NEVER returns my messages or replies to my emails. Others at the store have told me my parts are on order and the guy responsible will update me, but he never does. It's a terrible customer experience; really terrible. As of now I am out $250, still need repairs, and am getting absolutely no proactive communication from BBS. If I could have gone elsewhere for service, I would have.

Initially I was looking to do IKEA glossy upper cabinets with walnut bottoms from another company. There were a ton of issues in using this other company. Pat came back to me several times with different scenarios, offering to help me figure out what info I needed to give them since it was very unclear. We went back and forth a lot and Pat tried very hard to help me solve the problems that I was having with another cabinet company. Pat was completely transparent regarding what the different costs would be depending on which route I took which I really appreciated. Ultimately I did go with IKEA doors for both the top and bottom cabinets. I had a scheduling delay on my end forcing me to change the start date and Pat was able to work out the timing so that the installation was not held up. He pretty much turned himself inside out to make it happen all the while remaining very professional, courteous and solution oriented. The installation went off without any problems. His team was a pleasure to have in my home and the installation was excellent. All three of the guys were polite, hard working professionals who definitely know how to properly install an IKEA kitchen. They cleaned up everyday and any questions I had they were happy to answer. They also worked in tandem with my contractor with no issues at all. When they had to return for a few minor changes, Pat responded to me immediately and there was no problem setting up the time which I really appreciated since the job was basically completed. Often times getting someone back is not easy. I would look no further, you will be extremely happy with Pat and his team and his price was extremely competitive. Overall I would highly recommend since I had an A+ experience!
