The 1-1-1 egg, sausage and French toast

First the good... Coffee was hot, strong and always refilled. Service was good and fast. Now the not so great... The floor of the dining room was filthy and I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. The food was just ok. The hash browns tasted oily and the French toast were tasteless. And they were sure to up charge for the eggs (isn't this over by now?) There are so many other places for breakfast around here I wouldn't recommend this place.

We came here on a weekend for a late lunch so it wasn't that busy. They have an extensive menu. I think it's hard to go wrong with a burger and chilli. The burger was cooked through and loaded with thick sliced pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. The tator tots were freshly fried. The beef chilli is loaded with beef and beans - the temperature could have been warmer. I almost wanted to see if they would throw it in the microwave for another minute or so. Service was okay - it was only one server so they were a bit overextended.

This place was really great. Food was amazing along with the service that came really quickly. Me and my husband really like this place and would definitely recommend.

Service was great. When you walk in you get told to sit where ever you feel comfortable. The husband and I sat at a table that rocked, the lady said she would get something for it, she didn't. The hubs ended up fixing it with a folded napkin, no biggie. My eggs were yummy and fluffy my toast looked slightly burned and wasn't, it's just wheat toast. I hated the blueberry pancake. The compote was gross and the berries acidic. The grits were very tasty. The inside is is small. You can tell they have regulars. There was a dog inside with a family, it was quiet and didn't bark.

Veggie omelette, hash browns and buttered rye toast.

Would highly recommended Joe's Diner. It's a cozy restaurant decorated with a 50's diner theme, music and all. Loved it. Our breakfast was picture perfect and tasted great. The omelette was light and fluffy. The hash browns were nice and crisp the way I like them. The server was excellent; friendly and very attentive. Would highly recommend dining here for breakfast or lunch. You won't be disappointed.

Grabbed a quick lunch here on the way back to the airport. Got an outdoor table on a beautiful afternoon. I got a burger and crinkle fries. Coke from the tap. All good. They serve breakfast all day which I love but already had a huge pancake breakfast that morning so opted for lunch. Tons of hot sandwiches to choose from. Servers were friendly with an extra 'hon' added on occasion. Good stop.

Joe's Diner is a wonderful place to have breakfast and lunch. Locally owned and operated by friendly and experienced wait staff. There is parking in the front but if you have a big car it is better to park in the rear with ample parking space. Inside dining can be crowded but there is a nice breeze area outside with outdoor tables. This diner is clean, cozy and decorated with memorabilia along with checkered vinyl tablecloths. Menu is Large and well organized so you might not need your reading glasses! Today, for lunch, I have Jose's Chili Huevos Rancheros and wife ordered a Reuben sandwich. The corned beef with sauerkraut, cheese, Thousand Island dressing grilled just right with marble rye bread. The sweet potato fries added another dimension to made this delicious meal! My Jose's Chili Huevos Rancheros has all the right ingredient, spinach tortilla, chili, cheeses and two eggs. Some time, I added a little Tabasco sauce for extra heat. But the mixture of tortilla, chili, cheeses and eggs are so savory I just hesitate to make any change! Excellent service, great food, easy on the wallet; the best diner in Naples.

My Huevos Rancheros this morning. Took half home. Soo good. Someone anonymously treated Dottie and I this morning. A great act of kindness. 10/25/21. Our bill was at least $30. We were very touched. There were about 30 people in the place. Didn't recognize anyone. Before we left, we announced it to all and thanked whoever it was. We were very grateful. A nice memory!

The drinks were creative and tasty, and while the wine list is short, it is very well curated. We started with the octopus, the bread and butter, and the mushrooms as appetizers. All three were excellent, but the octopus was the clear standout. I had never seen it served in that particular style before. It was a completely new preparation for me and absolutely delicious. The bread and butter was also finger licking good. For my main course, I ordered the cod gnocchi. I am still thinking about this dish three days later because the flavors and textures were so unusual and memorable. To finish the meal, we shared the chocolate tart and the tiramisu bread pudding. Both were delicious, though they did not feel quite as uniquely extraordinary as every other bite and sip we had throughout the night. One of our party members is gluten and dairy free, and our waitress was incredibly helpful in navigating the menu for her. She was thrilled with the shrimp from the daily specials menu. My only minor critique is that I wish they had a dessert option that would have worked for her dietary restrictions. Overall, this was a fantastic meal with top tier service.

The chicken and waffles didn't miss either. The chicken was unbelievably crunchy with a golden, well-seasoned crust, and stayed juicy inside. -- A Rooftop Gem Where You Feel Like Family…read more I'll be upfront -- I have social anxiety, and crowds can be genuinely overwhelming for me. My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
