I have come here about a dozen times. Sometimes I'll sit at the bar to get eggs and coffee, sometimes outside. Either way, it's clear to me that the staff needs more training. Regardless of where I sit or how busy it is, I wait about 10 minutes before needing to go to the hostess to ask who my server is. Every single time (the 10-12 times I've been here), there seems to be confusion over who will be serving me. Once I have a server assigned, they end up taking my order right away, but rarely checking on me to see if I'd like a refill while I wait for my order. This is frustrating because I usually wait 45-60 minutes. I'm a business owner myself, so I hate giving bad reviews, but I also know how necessary it is for owners to receive feedback so they can improve. I also know reviews from people who have negative experiences can be overly harsh and exaggerated. However, that's why I've given this place so many opportunities before writing this review. I have had consistently horrible service (although most staff are friendly). The only reason I keep coming back is because the food is excellent. I would like to highlight that as a major positive. If the food wasn't excellent and was just mediocre, this would be a 1 star review. I will caveat that with one bad food experience, which is my experience right now as I write this. My wife received her crepe after waiting over an hour for it. When it arrived, there was a hunk of unmelted cheese in it. That's unacceptable to begin with, but especially after waiting an hour! It is the first time in my life (I'm 36) that I have ever asked a server to take something off my bill. Since asking, I am once again waiting; this time not for my food but for my bill (my wife and son left separately so I could wait to pay). I've waited for 15 minutes for the waitress to come back with my bill. I will continue to come back to support the business and business owner, hoping that service will improve and that the owner sees this message and spends some serious time on training the staff. It needs a LOT of attention. I'm surprised more people aren't providing similar feedback. I will adjust my review in about 3-4 months if my experiences are improved, but consistently. I really want to see this business stick around. read more

The smoothies were good but the strawberry one was very watery. The breakfast burrito was yummy. The southwestern salad was good but chicken was dry. The panino was a little greasy but good!! Service was great!!! Very cute inside!! We will be back !! read more

Service here is pleasant. The decor is nice, modern and clean. The food is.... Okay. I had the avocado toast with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns are barely browned / crispy, it's like mushy potatoes. One of the poached eggs had a lot of water in it and it ruined the second slice of toast. The eggs Benedict English muffin was barely toasted. There's a lack of salt / seasoning. The pancakes were good. The waitress told us the coffee was organic but we saw the huge bag of Kirkland Medium Roast coffee and that is not organic... sooo. Yea we won't be coming back. read more

Food is delicious & fresh! Highly recommend! In my photos, I give the empty plate award! First, the square plate, this was the meatball specially made with Greek seasoning. Absolutely wonderful taste and texture. Second, the rectangle plate, was grilled octopus tentacle perfectly prepared. For anyone who loves this dish, you can appreciate my opinion that it was cooked and seasoned "just right" and seasoned "oh my!" Third is the moussaka. It is huge! And I was so full from the other food I didn't eat it all. However it is going home with us! They have fresh juices, we had the OJ and I Super Detox. All made fresh. We recommend this place highly! Everything was beautiful. Our waitress, Ashley, was super attentive and clear. The water was excellent as everything else was. Their gyro lunch floored me hard. I'm a big fan of gyros and this is easily the best lamb (gyro) I've tasted in Naples. How the plate was presented was perfect. The fries were HOT and tasty. The vegetables were fresh and appetizing to the eye and stomach. Even my Coca Cola was perfect. I have been here for brunch twice and I enjoyed both times but something about my gyro lunch just topped it all! This place is conscious of what needs to be done with our food. Came in for brunch with family on a Friday morning. The pancakes were very tasty and we really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. Our waiter was not very attentive and we had to call him over multiple times for things like refilling water, fixing a messed up order, and for other basic needs. I asked them to check if I received what I ordered and was assured it was. For a natural food restaurant it's sad you can't recognize what you ordered. We have been to Belly Bliss twice. The first time the food was pretty good. The eggs were slightly overcooked. But their biscuits were wonderful. The second time the food was so disappointing. The eggs were rubbery and completely overcooked. The Greek scramble didn't even have eggs in it! Needless to say we didn't eat the food and explained what was wrong--the waitress even said, "those aren't even scrambled".
