We thought we could trust him to do a good job and fix it but he made it worse and wanted us to pay $1100 more for him messing it up. Then tells my husband to come pick it up or he will start charging storage fees for it being parked at his shop. Then writes on receipt that the problem started after customer left while the customer was driving it SMH I drove it after it was "so called fixed" bc I thought it was drivable and fixed and called him down the road while I was broke down. Please research before you let people work on your cars bc this has lead to a lawsuit and my daughter without a car as of right now.

My new go to for anything Auto, needing attention. I dropped off one of my favorite pets yesterday ( Red F-150 King Ranch). It's a great truck and I've had a couple of " less than" at a local Ford dealership in recent years I wasn't repeating those expensive mistakes so went on a week's long search, ending up here. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and the others here. My comprehensive list of concerns was addressed the same day. Another minor issue was uncovered and addressed. My experience at other places is you leave you vehicle a day or week, finally getting a call describing a shocking list of needed repairs and national debt price tag. Not here. In and out one day! My Dodge Challenger was having issues with the battery constantly dying. I could not figure out…read morewhat was killing my battery. I ended up buying a new one from AAA. After weeks of stress I decided to take my car to Trust Auto. The owner of the company was a nice guy, and he told me he has dealt with the issue before. He was honest with me, and told me this type of issue could take a long time to figure out, and he did not want to waste my time or money. So he said he would take a look at it for a few hours, and if he could not figure it out he would let me know. A day later he called me, and told me my window was malfunctioning, and it was draining my battery. We had it fixed and the problem stopped. The battery now does not drain because of the faulty dodge window motor. Great Service!

HISTORY: Struggling with the management of the scheduling…read moreand management of commitment. IF my vehicle is going to be late, I need to make Plan B and C ways to ahead of a "late". Communication is key with managing my vehicle's mechanical issues. When you work 7-5, you have to create options for how to get to/from work/home. My vehicle was to be ready Tuesday by 1700. At 1700 I had to call and ask for a status. Yesterday (Tuesday) said it would be ready around 1000 today (Wednesday). It is 1330 now and no call. I am concerned with how well I can trust this place now. Now I'm worried about how well the work is. CURRENT: Owner and operator personally called and worked out my schedule concerns and literally setup delivery for my vehicle. Explained information that created the problem and shared their plan to avoid recurring schedule concerns. The behavior I experienced from Mr Trevor is more than I expected but appreciated greatly. Enough to extend my full trust in their work and future scheduling. The best experience in all my Yelp reviews... Thank you Provision Automotive!
