I did tell while doing this, I wanted to have a PPI (Pre-Purchase inspection) done and had it scheduled for the following Tuesday. That Friday morning I was told the Sales Manager said I had 2 options: Sign the documents and take possession that Friday or get my $1,000 deposit back. I opted for the refund that Friday and walked away from the deal. Here it is Tuesday and they are about to close at 7:00pm. No refund so far and crickets when I inquired yesterday and today about the status of the refund. Everything was done via text messaging so as they say "I have the receipts." Disappointed with Lifted Trucks as a business. Sales guy (Kyle) was easy to work with as well as Steven in Finance.
