I recently took my 2010 Mercury Milan to Tim at A-2-Z Cars and Trucks after a mobile mechanic…read morevisited my house and couldn't resolve an oil leak without a lift, particularly because my car's frame is rusted from years of northern winters. I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

2002 Lexus LS 400…read more Sewell Lexus quoted me 17,500 for what needed to be done. This would mean junking this wonderful car since it is worth maybe 6000 at most. I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. I believe you cannot find a better mechanic at any price, and Mike's prices are very, very reasonable. He is my new #1 for life.

I took my truck 2001 F250 7.3 in because I was having a hard start. Eric the owner told me he…read moredidn't work on 7.3 anymore. Nice way of saying it was to old. Then he took a look at my truck and said we will make exceptions in your because it is so clean. You just need to make an appointment and we will keep it overnight. So a few weeks go by. I put a new starter in and had trouble starting it the next day I called, made an appointment and AAA towed it in. I said I needed a diagnostic done. This started with the tow pkg relay that I replaced. Could you start there. He then calls me up saying Why did you bring your truck here? I tell him about our previous conversation and he says that's back when business was slow. I said that's not what you said then. They keep it all week then he calls me and said whoever was working on your truck was stupid all we did was clean the battery terminals and that will be 150. I asked his mechanic to send me a copy of the diagnostic when AAA brought it home because I didn't have a ride to pick it up. Truck arrives with a receipt that only said hard start 150 . Here it is 6 weeks later same thing. Batteries are new ,a year old.225 bucks each from Firestone.I call Eric and he says take it somewhere else. I asked him why he charged me 150 bucks for cleaning terminals. He proceeded to tell me do know what it costs to have a quarter million dollar business and pay bills. I replied yes I do I had a 4 bay brake and tire business in 1986 worth that then, had 4 mechanics and I sold cars in Roseville Auto Mall for 25 years and never would have charged 150 bucks for a jump start!
