I was worried that I'd be stranded out of town, and not able to make it back home without major delays. They got me in quickly, were great communicators, and worked with my shop from Denver closely to work on the problem. In the end, it was going to take them a few days to get the needed parts, and instead of dragging me along they helped my Denver shop locate a Toyota dealership in Rockwall that had the parts and could do the job more quickly to get me headed home. Very rare that you find any auto repair places that will walk away from money because it is in the client's best interests. Honesty and integrity are obviously a prime focus at Eagle.
