I just drove 80 minutes and 70 miles with my family in the car with a "$5,000 winning ticket" just to be given a $2 scratcher... very frustrating. Literally everyone who receives this mailer is a "winner" (of a $2 lotto scratcher) Apparently the matching symbols don't actually mean you win $5k. DECEPTIVE. I talked to an employee and he had no sympathy or care for the inconvenience and waste of time and gas that he caused me. Received traffic generating promo in the mail which claimed to be a winner, yet, even after calling and making it clear we were not interested in a vehicle we were 'allowed' to believe we won. An appointment was set with an imaginary 'Ginger' and we drove the 20 minutes only to find the prize identified meant nothing and you still had to match for a 1 in 100,000 chance to win. we showed up to receive a $5000 cash prize based on the " wheel of Fortune" and they sent us. Because our pin number didn't match what they had. We were only entitled to a $2 lotto ticket. With an asked to look at some of the cars on the lot and the salesman said he could help us out with that. We told him we weren't looking to buy for 1-3 months, but we were curious what inventory they had and the pricing for future reference. My boyfriend would be the one purchasing the vehicle and taking a loan out through his own bank. We asked to test drive some of the vehicles and he said yes and started taking our info down. After writing down all of our information he left for a couple minutes and during this time I received a hard inquiry on my credit report. When he came back to show us one of the cars, not only could he not provide pricing information, but after I asked him why he had used my information and why he had run our credit even though we told him we wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle today. He stated " I thought you were looking to buy a car." I informed him again that I would not be involved in the purchasing of this vehicle and that we weren't going to be buying today. I explained that my credit had gone down 16 points because of this hard inquiry and I was unhappy because of this. He then proceeded to ask another salesman to try to convince us to buy a vehicle to take home that day and after continuing to object, we were finally able to leave. They made us assign paperwork with the idea of going on a test drive but instead they ran our credit for a vehicle we weren't even buying And had no knowledge of pricing on either. I would not trust them or their employees with any of my information and I will never buy a vehicle from here because of how unprofessional and shady this whole situation was. I want this inquiry removed from both of our credit reports and we are reporting this to all of the credit agencies, the BBB, the fraud department, and anywhere else to help prevent others from being scammed or giving their information away unwillingly. read more

Nahhhhh. How about the Wheels of Fortune scam mailers going out right now? Got one from this location. You do the "Match & Win" and essentially win, right? Negative. You call the actual location online for this dealership and the operator transfers you to an extension that goes to VM. If you call the number on the mailout, you get a call center. We spoke to one named Mike and another right after that named Osmin(who sounded exactly like Mike, which I pointed out and he sounded shocked to be called out.) Initially they tell you that you've won and want to get your name, number and set up a time for you to come in. I ask lots of questions when it comes to "too good to be true" scenarios. They literally tell you that you've won and to come in for your cash. I finished that call with Mike and decided to call back with questions. That's when I got Osmin, who sounded exactly like Mike from my first call. I asked point blank if we were to go up there would we walk away with what it say we've won on the mail out. I was told yes. Until I asked if they were gonna make us spin a wheel to find out we actually didn't win said prize on mail out. He then stuttered, got real fidgety over the phone and said..."ohhhhh, yeah....you have to spin it to see if you won for real". None of it is printed on the mail out, so it's a full blown scam just to get people in there to listen to a sales pitch for cars no one can afford right now. I told him that none of what he was telling me is anywhere on the mail out and asked him why he was being deceiving. I think about people who will get these, think they've won, spend money on gas driving there to be deceived. Not cool. Especially all for foot traffic in your showroom. In the end, I asked to speak with a manager by the name of Ray. Been waiting for a while now. But steer clear if any dealership wanting to scam you just to get you there. I am an Active-Duty Naval Officer. I have had one of the worst car-buying experiences with this dealership. I never really sit down and type out this much for reviews, but the people need to know. I made a deal over the phone to buy this Tesla Model S Performance and, in return, trade-in my Cadillac. I have been speaking with two guys, Carlos and Ralph. Carlos has been immensely helpful and has shown me everything I wanted over face time. On the other hand, Ralph was one of the cockiest disrespectful egotistical person I have ever met. Ralph was the finance guy, and getting my finances sorted out was unnecessarily complex and cumbersome. He sounded like he was doing me a major favor by selling the car. That in and of itself should have been a major red flag, but I still proceeded(because I'm an idiot). After getting all the finances sorted out, I drove about 1000 miles(30 hours) round trip to trade in my car and pick up the Tesla. I ensured everything was set with finance before I made the trip. After I arrived, they looked at my Cadillac physically before they took the keys and approved the trade-in. I ensured they knew what they were getting and what I was receiving. There were some issues with the Tesla that they were selling. Some scratches and dents in the rear bumper. And a whole trim piece falling off from the front. Also, they installed the wrong size tires. I asked if they could help with any of that, and they said everything is as is, and they are selling the car at a loss, so they can't help with these things. Keep in mind they know that I have driven for a while to get there, so in a way, they sorta got me. Like, I have to buy a car. Otherwise, this trip would be a waste for me. I bought the Tesla and drove the 15-hour drive back home. I was approved for up to 43k and took a loan out for 33k. So I can get another 10k if I want to. Two days go by, and super shady stuff begins. I got a message from them saying they cannot accept my Cadillac because what they quoted for it was 10k more than what it is worth. I was like, well, the deal is done, we've already signed paper works, you guys saw the Cadillac in person, and at this point, you've already accepted the car. They were being complete jerks and gave me two options. I either pay the extra 10k or have the deal unwind. If I do not do that, they will report the car stolen. I was quite literally shocked. They knew I was approved for the extra 10k, so they thought I'd agree and pay for it. Mainly because they know it would be such a hassle to deal with unwinding the deal for me. When I reminded them that this was a done deal and they had to send the title paperwork to the DMV, they just flat-out disagreed. Ralph, proceeded to threaten me with criminal charges and said they have done this many times and know how this works. His whole tone is quite condescending and very disrespectful. He or the dealership quite literally does not give a single fuck about their customers. They messed up, and instead of owning up to their mistakes, they made me go through all this hassle, hoping that I'd comply since it would be such an inconvenience for me if I didn't. Whatever they did was unethical, and not sending the title to my bank AFTER the deal had been made is not lawful. They knew that I was in the military and had minimal time to deal with such circumstances, so they took full advantage of the situation. Very unethical and disrespectful. I proceeded to unwind the deal and get my car back. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. This place does not care about its customers, and I would highly recommend going elsewhere. And to Ralph and the management, if you are reading this, I hope ya'll sleep well at night knowing how terrible of a person you all are. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! IT IS A SCAM! If I could give this place 0 percent rating, I would. This place will sell you a "new" vehicle with low mileage and a warranty then when something goes wrong with the car (and it will) they won't be able to pick your vehicle up for weeks after! They will promise you a vehicle to get you back and forth in the meantime, but then NOT even provide a rental/loaner at ALL. They will promise that they will get you into a nice NEW car and that it would be more simple to just switch, then hit your credit again, only to get approved and not give you a car. I speak from personal experience. I bought and am now financing an almost new vehicle from Commerce Chevrolet in December and my car already broke down on me in the middle of the highway on my way home from work. Called them the day the problem occurred only to be told my warranty doesn't cover it and no one has come to pick up my car for service after weeks of being without transportation. Received a flier in mail. 60 hour beat the clock event. Flier had scratch offs for prizes. Scratched $5000 or tractor "winner". Called hotline to verify even though the flier stated no gimmick. Yes that is correct you won that prize bring the flier in with proof of address and collect prize! Drove to the dealership and gave the flier to the salesman. He said you won a lotto ticket! My flier scratch for the lotto ticket said try again but that's what he said we won. No $5000 or tractor where it said winner. I would be cautious dealing with this place. read more

Do not buy used cars here. I bought a used 2011 F150 here in April 2017 and had several issues. First, they gave me a bad rate, no problem because I was going to refinance at my credit union. When I went to the credit union, they pulled the carfax. The could not use the truck as collateral because the carfax showed odometer rollback and two wrecks. One of the wrecks showed major front end damage with airbag deployment. Yes, I should have pulled the carfax before buying, but they are a "certified" used car dealer and Gene told me the carfax was clean, that he checks the carfax on all the cars at auction before buying. The Carfax showed the car was bought at an out of state auction. Second, I split the cost of a set of tires with them as part of the purchase contract. Part of the deal was an alignment after the tires put on. After taking delivery of the truck, it needed an alignment and a new tie rod. Also, on delivery of the truck, the horn and cruise control did not work, it had no coolant in it, and they had not fixed the rear interior door handle that was suppose to be fixed before delivery. They did fix the horn/cruise control issue, but I don't know how they did state inspection before selling the truck without checking the horn? I had to replace the coolant reservoir since it was leaking. Gene Graves and Chris Graves refused to do anything about this. Do not do business here. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I found this dealerships ad online and I am over 4 1/2 hours away. I arranged a purchase of a new Buick Enclave over the phone sight unseen. I was told the vehicle was used as a demo and had no more than 3000 miles. My purchase order showed it had over 5500. Wasn't a deal breaker but showed either a lack of genuine effort to verify information or an intended lack of transparency. Either is avoidable when dealing with a person who performs their job with INTEGRITY! When purchasing I asked if the dealership could provide transportation of the vehicle to Houston. I got a call back and was offered transportation for $750 from "a guy in the back who helps us sometimes". I asked the general manager of a general motors franchise dealership to arrange transportation of a brand new vehicle and his professional best was to offer a guy in the back who has a trailer. He didn't offer professional transporting from a licensed, bonded, and insured transport company. His response was extremely unprofessional and well below standards expected from a GM dealership! I took the purchase order to my credit union and signed all of my loan documents and scheduled my first payment date. My credit union sent over their drafting instructions which effectively funded the purchase. I received a call from the general manager confirming the payment instructions had been received and he congratulated me on my purchase. The deal was done. I informed him that because I was so far away that I wasn't sure exactly which day I could make the trip to pick up the vehicle. We discussed me possibly flying into town on Saturday or Sunday and he assured me that he would make sure the vehicle was available for me to pick up either day. On Saturday I messaged to schedule pick up for Sunday which he already agreed to do. His response was he "already made plans". It had clearly become an inconvenience for him now that the deal was done. In the sales stage he assured me that he was willing to do whatever it took. After the funding was secured he chose to not honor his word. I actually made the trip early Tuesday morning by car. I had been driving for over 4 hours and had gotten within 30 minutes of arrival so I called the dealership to request that the paperwork and vehicle be prepared so I could begin my long drive back to Houston as soon as possible. I was then informed by the general manager that he had sold the vehicle to another buyer on Monday! So to clarify this situation, this deal was negotiated, completely funded, and they were notified I would try to travel sometime within the week and the general manager then sold a vehicle to another buyer that I had purchased and my credit union paid for already! THIS WAS AS OUTRAGEOUS AND UNETHICAL AS IT GETS!!! The general manager said that he had not cashed the check yet so technically he had not received funds yet! After arguing with the general manager I called back and asked to speak to the owner. I was told that the owner was there and was placed on hold. The general manager took the call again. I explained to him that I had nothing more to say to him and that I wanted to talk to his supervisor which happens to be the owner. He told me that I would not be allowed to speak to the owner. I asked for an email address so I could communicate with him that way. He said I would not be getting that either. Then he told me it wouldn't make any difference to speak to the owner anyways. I said I would see about that myself. His response was, "THE OWNER IS MY SON AND I AM HIS DADDY AND HE IS GOING TO DO WHAT I SAY REGARDLESS!" After all of his unprofessional conduct and insults towards me and the purchase I had made he chose to insult and belittle the owner who he said is his son who according to him is not capable of running the dealership independently because HE IS GOING TO DO WHAT HIS DADDY SAYS! WOW!!! After dealing with all the UNPROFESSIONALand UNETHICAL CONDUCT of this dealership I made a purchase somewhere else. I messaged to general manager to inform him that I made another purchase and was treated professionally and respectfully unlike my experience there. His response was sarcasm and then he sent emoji kissy faces. THE GENERAL MANAGER AT A FRANCHISED GENERAL MOTORS DEALERSHIP LITERALLY SENT A TEXT WITH EMOJI KISSY FACES TO A CUSTOMER!!! Was appalled at the mail scratch off scam that they have been sending out. Seems like everyone is the winner of a truck or 30,000 cash prize. They are all winning scratch offs. When you read closely it says if you matched a pin to a prize you could win any of the prizes listed not the exact prize you matched. The one that is mailed to everyone is the winning pin that matches the truck. The actual prize is a $2 lottery ticket, after they harass you for information. The sick thing is when you call their number to confirm you are a "winner" an employee answers the phone and tells you that you won the truck or cash prize. I can't believe this is legal when the only winning prize is the $2 dollar lottery ticket. Big companies like this should be liable for false advertising and scamming the public. It doesn't seem worthwhile for the company to do this in the first place, when it only makes the public angry. Seems like more risk then reward... read more

His mechanics diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and installed them. After an additional adjustment, we were able to return home. The initial fix developed a leak, and we took our truck into our local Chevy dealer.
