I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

I'm not going to reveal Mike's prices, but suffice to say they were so good and the quality of work was so good! Now our car is as smooth as butter and good for many, many more years of service. We gave a substantial tip to this shop. Never done that before! The owner is 100% honest and communicates very well. Just unbelievable level of care and service that exceeded all other shops that I've ever used and that includes Sewell Lexus. I trust Mike with any car I own, new or used. Sometimes the employees swarm all over your car and get you in and out with vacuumed carpets in a mater of minutes. Other times it was a bit slow, but still adequate. Most of the times I've been there, they've been helping random people out in the lot. Since I have a lifetime warranty (on the car), I took it to the local Chrysler dealership here and was told about how backed up they are and how I would have to leave my car and it wouldn't have a diagnostic run on it until January 8th! We are driving back to Arizona on January 2nd. The warranty rep told me that I could bring my car to a certified mechanic, so I called one shop and the person on the phone said that I would have to drop off my car the next morning and that their shop would have to do a diagnostic test of their own (I had taken my car to Auto Zone first and they diagnosed it and it had a bad thermostat) to see if anything else was wrong, and it would cost me $89 dollars. Besides this young man's rudeness, he was very shady. So I called 5150 Garage and I explained to the person who answered the phone my dilemma, and he was very kind and patient and said that he possibly had a thermostat that would fit my Chrysler Town and Country and offered to look at my car the same day. I asked what his name was and he said Lewis and that he was also the owner. So needless to say we took our car to 5150 Garage and Lewis greeted us and checked the thermostat he had and said it was the right one and went ahead and had it installed. My husband and I were so relieved and very impressed with Lewis' professionalism, kindness, honesty and willingness to help out 2 out of towners in need. We highly recommend 5150 Garage in Royse City. As soon as we got to my sister's house I gave my family Lewis' information so they can take their vehicles to 5150 Garage for any future maintenance and any repairs their vehicles may need.
