My younger sister was on the way to visit me an hour and a half away from any family when she had a tire blow out, she called this business and explained her situation. The guy asks what car she has and checks to see if they have the tires available, this was at 1:20 on February 8th and she was 5 minutes down the road on a 75 MPH highway, after checking and stating they did have them available he then told her they would not be able to help her as they close at 2. He also told my sister they were rare and hopefully somewhere in Greenville would have them. She was panicked and had to go 40 on a busy highway which nearly resulted in an accident. I understand that business hours are in place for a reason, but I find it extremely disappointing that no effort was made to assist someone in an urgent and potentially hazardous situation. Surely this wasn't the owner of the business but regardless it's unacceptable to not help in a situation like that. I'm completely disgusted with the lack of human decency and would hope in the future you wouldn't treat anyone like you did my sister. read more
