(Another excuse) After a 5 week wait for the trailer suddenly the stated chains, boomers and straps aren't included. I have the screen shot of the package deal which we inquired to purchase. I believe they saw us as a one time customer and simply didn't care if it was right or not. The packages advertised are unfair and deceptive as posted online.
