Michael told me twice that he would have an estimate for me, but did not. I went to Tony and ask him to help me get the estimate. He called his son, Adam and Adam, the new owner told me he would send me an estimate via email, but he also did not send an estimate. It's too bad Tony worked so hard only to have his son and the guy he hired provide such poor service. It seems like the newer generations take no pride in their work, poor work ethic, and even poorer customer servicd skills!! Cos they are not doing us a favor by "allowing" us to pay THEM ALOT of money to fix our car!!! Take care of your potential customers!!
