Dropped it off and was told they would look at it in a few days and give me a call. Why schedule a time to drop it off if they can't look at it that day? Whatever.... not a huge deal. Nov 6th 4:30PM - I still had received no call, so I called up there to get an update. John said he didn't have an update and would call me the next day. Nov 7th 4:30PM - I still had received no call, so I called up there again. Was told they found the issue, parts were on order, and they would call me when they get in. Nov 10th - No call. Nov 13th 4:30PM - Still NO CALL. I called up there again, was told it would be done tomorrow around lunch, and they would give me a call when it's done. Nov 14th - 1:00PM - STILL NO CALL. I called up there AGAIN and was told "your vehicle is done, come pick it up before 5pm". MY TRUCK WAS UP THERE FOR 10 DAYS AND I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM BRITIAN CHEVROLET. I even made them read me my phone number on the ticket to make sure they had the right phone number. I'm blown away at the lack of communication from this service department.
