I never got that call. I went across town got the price while I was standing there and had the work done the next week. Several months latter I'm in the market for another vehicle. Because of that experience they were no longer my first choice to purchase a vehicle and we went to another local dealer and purchased the vehicle. Since then I needed a MOPAR part for one of my vehicles. Since they are the local dealer I returned to Family CJDR parts Department. They did not have the part in stock. I paid for the part and was told it would be in in a couple of days and they would call me when it came in. After a week and a half I called and was told by the employee who answered the phone in the parts dept. it had not come in. After another few days I went back to the parts dept and it turns out the part had never been ordered. This was an ordeal and a terrible experience dealing with the parts dep. and also the general manager. I will soon be in the market to replace my old 3/4 Ton farm truck. I have never dealt with anyone in sales so they may be an outstanding group of people, but because on my negative interaction with the general manager and the guy in parts dept, me and my family will no longer do business with them.

The guy asks what car she has and checks to see if they have the tires available, this was at 1:20 on February 8th and she was 5 minutes down the road on a 75 MPH highway, after checking and stating they did have them available he then told her they would not be able to help her as they close at 2. He also told my sister they were rare and hopefully somewhere in Greenville would have them. She was panicked and had to go 40 on a busy highway which nearly resulted in an accident. I understand that business hours are in place for a reason, but I find it extremely disappointing that no effort was made to assist someone in an urgent and potentially hazardous situation. Surely this wasn't the owner of the business but regardless it's unacceptable to not help in a situation like that. I'm completely disgusted with the lack of human decency and would hope in the future you wouldn't treat anyone like you did my sister.

The customer service was great and they got to my car quickly for it being a Saturday. They checked my tires and put air in them and didn't charge me a thing. They know how to take care of their customers and I will definitely recommend them.

This is not a fancy tire shop with a nice waiting room (there isn't one at all). It looks like what it is, a small town tire shop run by locals. I assume the man that helped me was the namesake, but not sure. I explained the situation and he explained it could be the weather fluctuations we have had. He aired all the tires up to pressure and said as low as this one was in comparison to the others, he thought it must have an issue. He takes the tire off and dips it in the tank. He looks at me, smiles and says, nope. No leaks he could see. He said to watch it as it could be a valve issue but he thinks it was fine. I asked him what I owed and he shook his head and said nothing. I told him he is an honest man and I wouldn't leave without paying him something. I pulled out a Bill (nothing crazy) and he said let me get you some change. I said no sir, that is for you. I appreciate you helping me out. I don't know when I will have another tire issue, but if I am near Castillo's, I will come here. One other thing. I asked him if he could grease the bearings on my trailer tires and instead of saying sure, he said he could recommend someone who could do a better job. Living in a metro area, it is hard to find and honest group who doesn't try and upsell you or tell you need to change something when you don't. I miss this about living in a small town.

I do not know about other locals of this store but the one in Quinlan is run by rude college age…read morewomen who seemed put off by having to talk to my wife and I about ordering a specialized feed for our clients (horses). We were willing to buy a pallet of it and were not asking for any special discounts. This location is closest to our horse stables and it made sense to get the product at that location. We like to shop locally and support small businesses. Most people do nowadays. The first time I asked about the potential for getting this feed ordered, I was told that only one person could order it and she would not be at her desk until the following Monday morning. The cashier was helpful and kind. She took down our information and said she would put it on the manager's desk. I watched her walk it up to the desk, wished us a good evening. Again, was very pleasant. Monday I did not receive a call. Tuesday I did not receive a call. Wednesday I called the store and spoke to someone on the phone who said they were a supervisor and that the manager was busy and would call me back. Two more days go by with no phone call to either myself nor my wife. I was in the area on that following Saturday and decided I would stop by to see what was going on, trying to give the management the benefit of the doubt. The store was busy that day due to some sale or event they were having. I asked a cashier if the manager was there and she pointed outside to the table set up on the lot. I saw a table set up with food and I saw two very young women laughing and chasing each other around like high school kids. I assumed that the cashier must have been pointing elsewhere so I thought I would ask the girls where the manager was. To my surprise, both of them are the managers. I asked if anyone had tried to call me about the feed I wanted to order. One of them was pulled away to handle something, and the other was taking over the draining task of giving me the time of day. I was still behaving myself and being considerate. I was not letting on that I had been ignored for over a week. All I wanted to know was if it were possible to order a product they do not stock. That was all I wanted to know in the first place. The woman said she was the assistant manager and spoke to me in a condescending rude tone about how I needed to understand I was not the priority, there are other customers, and if I would be patient she promised that the manager would give me a call. She turned her back from me and began talking to another young girl and laughing about something on the other one's phone. I stood there until she turned back around and told her I had waited over a week for a phone call to just let me know if it were possible. She rolled her eyes, "yes sir, I realize that, I will let you know, and I will make sure the manager gives you a call." I had already made a decision that even if the feed could be purchased there, I was not going to give that store one single dollar. I went back inside the store and saw the cashier that helped us the original night we inquired about the feed. She had a long line of customers and was also helping the cashier next to her while packaging up something for an elderly woman at the brownie counter. She had the awareness to see me and smiled asked how I was, and if I was going to be able to get our horse feed order. She was clearly busy but took the time to acknowledge me and remembered why I had come to the store over a week prior. I told her that I had never received a call back, and she began apologizing and saying she promised she had left the note for the manager. I think she may have thought I was going to bite her head off, but I told her I knew it was not her fault .I explained my frustration with the way management behaved ten minutes prior. She listened and then offered a suggestion, asking if I was in need of that particular feed soon. She gave me the number to another feed store a little farther away and she told me that a lot of horse owners get their feed there, maybe they would specialize in horse products more than Fix and Feed. She was right. The feed store she told me about had my feed in stock. They do not list their product vendors online which is why my wife and I did know about it. I do not like driving to that store but I am willing to make the drive just so I do not have another conversation with the management at the Quinlan Fix and Feed. Since then, many of our clients have complained about the management of that location and shared similar stories with my wife. I have never been disrespected in such a way, especially when I was trying to give them regular business, possibly buying a pallet of specialized horse feed at full price monthly. The Quinlan store employees are professional, considerate, and seemed to care. The management should take some notes. I also asked for the owner to call me, left an email on the store website, and have received no communication.
