I put it in a plastic bag in the trashcan, which I asked the technician to take. He . He only came back once to recheck the traps. I finally had to call and tell them in a bag and left them by the gate for him to pick up. It took two days for him to do that. They did catch the rat after I did half of the work.

Ryan explained everything in great detail and educated me on things like where rodents could get into the house, what they like to eat, the difference between mice and rats (who knew rats were so intelligent), different kinds of traps, etc. We walked around the house and identified spots that should be sealed up. He offered practical solutions like chicken wire and expanding spray foam (typically used for insulation). He asked me if neighbors were setting out poison because he saw several dead critters in my crawl space. It turns out, a week later I did see a poison trap set up a few houses away from me. His down to earth approach on problem solving resonated with me. There's no black and white answer when you have rodents. Ryan was very patient and made sure I understood all of the options. It's been a month since he came out. Since then, I caught one mouse, sealed up the obvious spots around the house, and haven't seen any new activity. Fast-forward to 2025: I had finished building a new home in 2024, and after a year my tenants started hearing rodents in a wall. I was worried that they would destroy the new home. I hired Haderle again because they are true experts in rodent exclusion, and once again they delivered. Even the initial consultation was well worth the money -- extremely informative and professional. Honestly, a motivated DIY person could have done much of the work themselves based on everything they explained. Their technician parked like this blocking multiple residents from accessing their garage. These garages also open automatically causing damage to both the garages and the company vehicle if opened. This is also a painted RED FIRE LANE, with multiple no parking signs and designated signs where he CAN park, but he chose not to. Upon asking this technician to move his car and not park in front of the garages, he proceed to walk away from his vehicle stating he won't be long and refused to move. 20 minutes later he comes out, while I'm recording the interaction, and tell him again not to park in front of the garages and if he does in the future, he will be towed. I pointed out the fire lane AGAIN and the NO PARKING signs. He asked where he should park.. I said you were told all of this when you initially got here and refused to move. He said fuck you and drove away. I call 4less about 5 minutes later, the receptionist answers the phone and says all the supervisors are out in the field and asks to go over my issue with the tech. She then transfers me to the tech that I JUST had this interaction with. He proceeded to tell me what happened didn't happen despite me telling him I Have video and pictures of the entire encounter. They both refused to get me to a supervisor or the owner, Chris, until I mentioned that Chris has been out to our complex and fumigated the ENTIRE complex. They stated there's no supervisors schedule, they're in and out and I could hopefully catch one if they're in. This completely changed when I mentioned the owner, Chris. The Tech on the phone then said "so you want the owners or supervisors contact information but you won't leave yours" Again.. I told him, I'm not going to play your games, you can either provide the owners contact information and stop trying to prevent me from being able to contact him or I will get it myself. I have NEVER encountered someone from a business acting this way in a company vehicle in a private complex. I'm sure the owner wouldn't want his company vehicle towed or his business represented in this way.

I've just read through 35 pages of pure garbage, almost every page is prefaced by "We are not professional roofers/plumbers/electricians", like I get it, but can you estimate the condition of the roof/electrical/plumbing systems instead of saying stuff like - "We recommend you keep the gutters clean" - "Most of the drainage pipes were hidden within the walls" - "Door: Appears functional" - "It's your job to know where the main water and fuel shutoff valves are located" They didn't even bother to identify where the main water shut off valve is, the report is so sloppy and rushed, I'm getting triggered just reading through it.
