It was a level of service I have rarely encountered. On the day of our first appointment, Cheng was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the inspection process and results. At our next appointment, Carlos worked with us to find the best solutions to address all the entry points on our home. He did an excellent job rebuilding the door to our crawl space with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it blended well with the aesthetics of our home. A third appointment was needed to set additional traps and Just was friendly, quick to set the traps, and communicative about the state of our attic. When a billing issue arose (the $100 discount was accidentally added rather than subtracted) the administrative staff was quick to resolve the issue with a friendly and helpful demeanor. He arrives promptly, completes the job thoroughly, is always friendly and helpful. Moses would get Dewey a five-star rating by himself. The one-star deduction is due to dealing with the corporate office. In the past information does not flow, very well, from headquarters to the regional offices and vice versa. Overall, we are going to remain customers' of Dewey for the foreseeable future.
