This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms. Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge. Overall a very pleasent experience.

Once I did call, customer service motto there should have been "how may I NOT help you." They put in a call to the "Call Center" which I was told would probably not get back to me for two hours. They were right. They never even got back to me in 3 hours. I had to make several calls and had to leave without my son's belongings. The evening before my appointment, car was dropped off, but I was told that my order wasn't in the system and they didn't have my hitch in stock. I asked for the manager to call me the next day which did not happen and when I called for an update I was told that the trailer wouldn't arrive until the following week (a week after my appointment). I encouraged them to find a solution (ie. have a hitch overnighted) as I needed the hitch for a weekend trip. No initiative was taken and no care was offered. Customer service is polite, but inept. My husband and I each called the 1-800 number and were transferred to various departments (at over 2 hours of hold time - I timed each call) no one offered the least bit of help. We finally had to throw our hands up and rent a car with a hitch for our trip. Getting U-haul to reverse the charge was also a process. I wouldn't trust this company to sell me a cardboard box, much less a trailer hitch or moving truck!

They happily took it back and refunded me for the returns. They even helped me remove the items from my trunk. Thank you very much. Please remember to tip these people if you use their services.
